Poor service,suplado at suplada mga staff.they gave me 1pc small size ng gravy kahit they know bucket Ang order namin.amg tagal lumabas ng fries nila.tapos na kami kumain saka pa dumating.

Ang tagal ng order ko inabot ng 1 and a half hour yung order ko,, i think yung cashier lost the receipt. sinadya ko talagang hindi i follow up to test how react to the situation, medyo matagal sila nagrespond and hindi man lang humingi ng pasensya na nangyari.

Slow service, wrong and/or missing items on multiple drive-thru transactions

Slow drive-through service. They gave me coke regular instead of coke zero more than 5 times already.

I ordered at the drivethru 3pm April 26,2020 at the height of the Covid19 pandemic. The crew barehanded me my orders, with out any gloves, and we all know there are asymthomatic carriers around the community. So the management should take very precautious steps especially in food handling. It poses a threat in the community they are serving. Food handlers should wear gloves to avoid contamination unless otherwise the crews are tested and thier results comes back negative.i will never order again.

The location is strategically placed where people can easily visit but the branch seems to always have a slow turn around time when serving. You can see a lot of staff but the line always gets queued.

This Jolibee establishment was renovated and now very nice and cozy Inside with upstairs seating. Get your chicken joy here!!

Its jollibee so no complaints re food. And this particular branch is always clean. Medyo mabagal lang cashier but always pleasant so 4 stars.

Not much crowd and fast service

Spaghetti and chicken portion looks below standard (looks underweight esp hot & spicy chicken parts). Cashiers shouldnt be frontliners. Never smiled, apologize, looks busy (windang) with a few customers on non-rush hour (on a monday) during taal volcanos alert4 ashfall... parking are limited, grabfood drivers are all over the front entrance... Building looks new and I loved eating in a standalone restaurant like this(hate going to malls), but I rather skip this branch and go elsewhere like DTuazon cor Quezon Ave branch.

Very slowwww drive thru service.It took 15 minutes to take our order, we are on 5th cue.Observations:1.Drive Thru Receipt is Blurred2. No urgency for crew even if there is long cue on drive thru.3. Crews prioritize chat with co employees.4. Crews does not know our order. She requested our blurred receipt.5. Since the receipt is blurred that crew asked us what is our order. :)Very insane. Hoping for management solution.Till next review.

Some items are unavailable in peak hours which should have been prioritized. E.g. ice, sundae, ketchup, etc.

Sira ang aircon at the time of my visit but they had fans working. Half of the area is closed of for special events rentals.

Spacious,cozy and feels different than other Jollibee stores. Service is a little bit slow specially in the mornings.

My order came 20 minutes late. The ice on my soda already melted when my food arrived. So disappointing.

My go-to place when Im hungry because it is close to where I live. Store is okay, just a typical Jollibee branch, staffs are not so welcoming but still alright, im kinda used to that Ive been eating at Jollibee all my life and I know thats normally how they treat customers. 3 stars.

The place where I go when Im feeling sad. Lugar kung saan nakakapag sulat ako ng feelings ko when Im alone.

Place is small but there is a 2nf level dining available. Mostly crowded at Sundays.

I have been a regular customer of Don antonio Jollibee since 2011. I frequently have breakfast with BF Joggers and some Holy Spirit Parish friends

I think this is the worst branch of Jolibee from clumsy and unprofessional employee to clumsy services, you should change your management and staff Btw the Mcdo nearest to you is better than your service.,hndi na ako nagtataka kung bakit mas madaming kumakain sa kanila.

Average jollibee store where its small. A bit dirty like any of their stores where they just wipe the table off but miss the chairs and food particles on the floor. Youd think twice using their utensils like their not washed properly.

Near to my easy to get food

Place looks clean from the outside, but staff seems not to be to keen on cleanliness., giving out dirty utensils, tissues, etc.

It is clean and the staff were friendly. I just didnt like their servings. The chicken was thin and small like it was overly cooked.

Place is so dirty, management should do something to address this
