This was the first time i ate at Chubby Chicken. This place is a hidden gem along Katipunan. According to my friends, it got renovated and was expanded. Im not surprised with the expansion because first, the food is great. The Chicken is indeed chubby. It was like a BonChon styled chicken. it also has a wide food array. Whats also good in the restaurant is the ambiance and also the screen in front of the cashier is connected to Netflix on which you can binge watch while you are eating.

Price is student friendly Although it is a little bit on the high side. We tried a couple of their specialties. We wanted the chicken tacos and beef salpicao unfortunately we went their late its sold out.Food was fast it was served hot taste was just ok serving was just ok. Service on the other hand was good. So overall experience is 4 stars( they allowed our poodle inside the restaurant that itself is 1 stars.

Online and takeout service for the meantime. Call ahead and they will prepare it well. Food still tastes superb even if take out service only.

I have went here for several times.This is the first time I meet the rude waitress.I give her money for my meal. I dont have small money so she got angry because she needed to change money to give back me.Then she give me back the money with bad behave and does not look at me.Then she doesnt give me my knife and spoon.This is not the right way for the restaurant to serve your customers.

Carbonara was actually good -- creamy and served with generous bacon chunks.They served beer battered fried chicken and fish.This branch is newly renovated. It looks and is way better -- cleaner, brighter, and more spacious layout -- than the previous!!! Super layo.Only negative thing is that I dined at chubby chicken twice within same week and got considerably smaller chicken strips with my carbonara that second time.
