Parking ang nakakainis may discrimination na nagaganap! Hindi maganda ugali ng nag aasist ng parking. After namin kumain may dumating na raptor car inaassist nya at sinabihan kami na matatamaan daw motor namin kaya pinapaalis na kami agad hanggang sa nainis na kasama ko sa pananalita nya kasi pasigaw na rin sya mag sabi! It took us more than 10mins to line up to pay, we waited more than 30mins for our order. Pagdating ng order super alat ng goto and yung pares hindi mainit. Service crew were unaccommodating. Hayz!!! Sooo disappointed. Ang mahal pa naman.

First of all, ung lasa ng pares is subpar. Mas masarap pa ang pares sa tres pares sa bayan ng Marikina. Hindi ko maintindihan kung maasim ba or what ung basic pares nila. Basta hindi un ung lasa ng alam mo na quality na pares.Next is ung price. Sobrang mahal eh kulang kulang naman. 1am na nun nung bumisita kme. Ung soup sinerve 5 to 10 mins after maiserve ung rice and ung beef. Tapos, hindi na naiserve ung chili sauce/condiments. So, sa 125 pesos na basic pares, hindi talaga siya sulit. Mas okay pa sa pares na worth 85 lang kumpleto at instant pang maiseserve sayo.Also, ung service. Siguro 5 to 7 mins na akong kaway nang kaway para makapag order dun sa waitress, talagang di niya ako pinapansin at umiiwas pa kamo ng tingin sa akin. Ganun din nangyari nung magbibill out na. Advertise kayo nang advertise, understaffed naman kayo, so paano kayo makakapagprovide ng maayos na service nyan?Finally, ambiance - syempre pinagkagastusan. Pero hindi naman gNun kaganda. Syempre mas maayos siya kesa sa kanto pares pero aanhin mo naman ung ayos ng lugar kung hindi naman maayos ung pagkain. Di ba pagkain ung pinunta mo kung pupunta ka dito? Siguro sa place nailaan ung mahal ng presyo ng pagkain at hindi sa quality ng pagkain.Conclusion: sayang lang pera nyo dito sa Pares Retiro. Sayang lang talaga.

Ok ang food, no problem sa lasa...sad part is may nag landing na langaw sa mami overload na inorder namin para sa anak ko, ok sabi papalitan, are we willing to wait daw for 7 minutes sabi ko ok lang, almost 30 minutes na lumipas, nag follow up na kami twice, sabi nung tao sa loob na naka white na tinatawag nilang sir nailabas na daw, nagtalo talo pa sila kasi sabi nung waiter na inabutan namin nung pinagswimingan ng langaw na mami wala pa, ito po yung table nila eh, since malapit lang kami sa counter kita namin mga galaw nila. It took them again 10 minutes before they served the food of my son. Was it just because wala ng bayad yung iseserve nila na iyon kaya halos di na nila inasikaso? Di naman namin kasalanan kung may nag landing na langaw sa pagkain ng anak namin.

Very bad experience all WE ORdered is just like plastic lugaw .egg .beef tripe .ang tigas un bone marrow lansa hindi luto maigi . Para sa laseng pwde a- ang lamig ng lugaw . .

4 star kase first time ko kumain dito. Hindi maganda un service maski wala nmn ganu tao nun kumain ako.

Good place to sip mami soup after drinking on nearby bars

Food is nice and serving is good. Staff are nice and service is good as well. Place looks great and is clean. Theyre open 24 hours as well so if you need to have that midnight hunger this is a good place to go.

Food was good but service was not that good. Considering that pares is already cooked, it took a while before they served our order.

Price is ok service is just ok but food is not that good.. taste is very average servings so little not enough for 1 person

Food was good, but not spectacular (ordered the Pares and Shanghi combo and a side order of tokwat baboy). Service was very good, given the place was packed. Price is affordable.

Overall it was good. but the rice is expensive

Ambiance is good. As far as the actual pares goes, meh. Tastes just like your average pares place; portions are smaller but price is php50-100 more than your typical Kanto pares. Nothing special unless you want your pares fix in a nice ac place.

Been here twice... I had the Pares Classic, beef is tender. This set is very hearty. Also had the El diablo its a nice spicy rice dish. The restaurant is open all the time excellent for after-drinks sessions.

Twice that I have been here and gosh darn their service crew is the best bunch of people I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Everyone is always smiling, welcoming, and very attentive to your needs.To date, their tokwa’t baboy is the best T/B I have eaten. Very crunchy on the outside and soft and velvety on the inside. Pairs well with the sauce it comes with. Pares for me is good but nothing to write home about. There is something about the lomi that doesn’t taste like the typical lomi that I am used to but it is also good.It can get quite busy at certain times. Air conditioning works well and their (communal) bathroom is clean. Overall I can see myself returning here to try their other offerings.
