Una late ang pagkain na siniserve sa kwato. Marumi ang banyo at may ipis saan mang sulok ng kwarto. Yung unan at tuwalya may mantsa. Isa akong household worker kaya alam ko tignan ang malinis na kwarto at hindi. Sa palagay ko hindi sila marunong maglinis. Pangalawa nagtext ako sa front disk about sa concern ko piro walang nagsagot sa akin parang baliwala. Makarating sana sa management to para masolusyunan dahil tinatago ng staff nila yung pangit na comment sa kawrto at late na pagkain. nagstay ako dito dahil sa ofw ako kakauwi ko lang

Driver should ask change for how much. Hnd yung sasabihan pa ng driver na ilagay yung amount ng pera ibabayad. Kasi ang customer may pang bayad ang masama pag walang panukli sasabihan pa driver ying customer kung bakit hnd nilagay yung amount ng pang bayad.

5:21AM, I checked each floors (3rd-9th) and each water dispenser is totally empty! If not, getting hot water gives you cold water, ARE YOU SERIOUS!?? This is probably the third time around this happened

Good room however quite loud at night with staff running up and down talking in the hallways. Elevator was acting up entire time I was there, with waiting close to 5 minutes to be able to get one to go downstairs. The worst thing was the staff who conveniently did not mention at all my 1000 PHP deposit I put down when checking in upon check out. When I asked for it they asked for a voucher that was never given to me to start with. I think they expected for me to just leave in a rush to get in my Grab to the airport but I patiently waited until they said “oh it’s ok you don’t have a voucher sir, just sign here” and off it went. Please keep this in mind if you happen to stay here.

The convention hall has no ceiling at the lower ground floor. The rooms are nice though, except the restroom is cramped

The staff I talked to over the phone was very unhelpful. I have explained to her my situation but still didnt give a consideration. My flight arrived at 10:30PM and was able to check-in by 12midnight. I was requesting to have a late check-out but was instead offered to pay for half the rate for a late check-out of 3PM. How ridiculous!!!

If you want a affordable hotel this is a nice hotel clean and delicious food convenient it is along Aurora Boulevard front of Broadway center.

Hotel in stile moderno ma con evidenti segni del tempo,le stanze sono abbastanza pulite e grandi. Personale non molto disponibile forse perché é una catena di hotel. Per il resto si ha una lavanderia e farmacia appena usciti, di fronte, un supermercato e poco più avanti, la stazione dei treni(Gilmore). Tutto sommato é un buon hotel per il prezzo che chiede. Dì negativo cè il WiFi che é davvero pessimo e la silenziosità in generale.

The toilet bowl was clogged. I cant adjust the heater properly. There is no towel.

Excellent groom staff. Has a new hotel feel. Im usually very particular with hotels but pleasantly surprised to find Madison 101 to be very clean. Keep it up!! Felt at home. :)

The hotel is on a major road so there is nearly 24 hours of honking horns and traffic noise. The bathroom had no towel racks and the shower was a light spray which never really got very warm. It would have been nice to have bedside table lamps as an option over the bright ceiling light fixture. There was only one light blanket on the bed and the floor was not carpeted. The breakfast was not worth the cost. The omelette was greasy and overcooked, the juice was made from a powder, and the toast was cold. We did appreciate that the bottled water in the room was free of charge, though!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Very little English spoken here, but they are helpful. Location is only a five minute walk to the BTS sky train. Great quiet location! I enjoyed the deluxe king suite. I wish the couch were more comfortable, but overall excellent accommodations.

This hotel is okay because this is where Jurists Review Center holds venue for its review lectures for bar exam candidates. It doesnt have ample parking space though. Its cafe is so-so.

I and my family went here for Christmas 2016. Even though you wouldnt expect much from the facade, the actual hotel area is nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and I really cant complain about the service. We didnt get to see the roof or the pool because I think it was closed because of the holiday.Plus point: For a very affordable hotel, they give you more than enough electric sockets in the room than you need, instead of cramming just one extra socket behind the TV like others do.Where to improve: The WiFi only got decent speeds at around 12mn, although you might not need it that much because the area gets pretty good reception for mobile.

Hospitable and polite hotel personnel and staff. Food is ok for an ordinary Filipino and senior citizen like me.

Location is very accessible to all places because it is near cubao, manila, makati and all cities of metro manila. The staff and crew are very nice and accomodating but something they must improve is there room service, no telephone in each room and there is no doormat for cr and shower room. When its comes to cleanliness the hotel is very clean, they clean and fix your room regularly.

They only have a few employees. When fully booked, service tends to be slow.Rooms are nice and clean.

No bedroom slippers, i asked for it - front desk told me to wait for the delivery but no one came.The breakfast menu was very limited (no fruits) as well as the space/area (2nd floor)Wifi connection in the room was very poor - i called the front desk twice to report such, i was told that they would check, but until we checked out i was not able to connect to it.There was a lot of noise which is very audible esp during the night - no notice of whatsoever was given to the occupants/guests (9th floor)

We did not feel the comfort we expected from the description listed... scanty bathroom supplies. The hotel is so basic, just good for a night or two stay altho, valuables are safe because theres a vault.. The Recepttion staff were courteous, so withe guard and bell boys. But, the whole vicinity has a smell that comes from the sewer because the smell can be felt even in the mall area. The street noises can be heard in the room. ,

Worst hotel that I have ever been to in my life. We attended our cousins wedding and stayed here for 2 days. On our first day, we were not able to eat our breakfast as the hotdog that were served to us tasted like plastic. The second day, they said that we booked a room though agoda, so there is no free breakfast (in a rude manner). Told her that yesterday, we have free breakfast. She double checked and yes we have Free meal! Another thing is the walls are too thin that you can hear noises from the room in front of ours. The heater in our first room was not working so we were transferred to another room, were the doorbell is not working. Lastly, my sister left her shoes in the room upon check out, they say they didnt see anything. In short, our 2 days stay was a nightmare! Will never stay nor recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Its a 3-star hotel with a comfortable accomodationa and accessible to Manila and Quezon City. It is right along LRT and near Robinson Magnolia and right in front of Broadway Centrum. Affordable and safe place to stay for budget conscious travellers.

Overall, there was nothing remarkable with our stay on this hotel, so theres nothing much I can say about that. There are a few things I can say about the bad stuff though.- Inconsistent housekeeping. Few times, towels were missing, toilet paper wasnt replaced and garbage wasnt collected.- Small cockroaches present! Say what you want about this, but to me, this indicates an issue with cleanliness.- Bathroom reeked of urine stench when we first got in, quite possibly related to the previous item above. It took a few attempts before they were able to clean it enough that the smell went away.- During our stay, some of the adjacent rooms were used to shoot some local television show. I understand this is well within the rights of the hotel for their facilities to be used as such, but this doesnt help if your other residents are looking for some peace and quiet.- Speaking of peace and quiet, there is a rhythmic thump sound that is prominent in the dead of the night. Its almost reminiscent of the sound Godzilla makes while walking. We never discovered what was making it, our theory is that its related to the A/C system. Its also possible that the sound is there throughout the day and its just drowned out by the normal ambient noise. In any case, its very unsettling, to say the least.

This is the worst place to stay during weekends. The mini bar on the 2nd floor is ridiculously loud and noisy with subpar performances. I cant even get a good nights rest.

Food was a bit bland but the staff were very hospitable. The interior design was very modern and fun.
