Idk but I guess this place is quite connected with Hive Hotel in QC since the concept is almost the same. The hotel is eco-friendly thats why I love it. The design would be a lot attractive if there would be different shades/color of brown/wood along the room pathways. Combo of light and dark colors may be considered. Tho I like the combination of old and modern style. The function hall is not spacious, tho the food and staffs were ok.

Nice ambiance in the recieving area. Function room available and free wifi. Very accessible from Timog Avenue.

Not that affordable but great place to stay....very accommodating staff...it has small swimming pool at the 6th floor...a place for conventions and other events...(e.g. birthday, wedding)

I love the Stockwell 50/50 iced coffee. Just right and mild taste. The lunch menu is also good with many choices for pork, chicken cordon Bleu or beef. The service staff are very friendly and accommodating. This is a Green Hotel.

The place is very clean and green, and practices sustainable tourism. You can also find a herbal garden next to a pool at the rooftop deck where function rooms are located.

For the cost per night, we thought this hotel was good value. Staff were friendly and tried their best to help meet our needs. We need a fridge that works for our medicines and most of those little black room fridges simply are not working. Plus we requested twin beds. So we asked for a room change and they gladly helped out. Other appliances were missing like hair dryer and kettle. Also quite a bit of noise from bar in street below but thats not part of the hotel.

Location is good. Lots of restaurant around the area. Easy to get Grab or Taxi transportation. Entire staff are friendly. They always address you by your name. Free breakfast was good too. Room is clean and smells fresh. The only thing is the sides of shower door and walls towards the bottom have molds. They should clean that because thats not healthy and it looks like it has accumulated for a long time. Other than that, service was superb!

The hotel is maintained poorly. The bathroom door knob no longer works. We had to request someone to look into it, who installed a lock, to temporarily fix the situation. The main door gets jambed. It would not totally close unless it is given a good push. We requested for an extra bed but it was broken. I almost fell. I requested it to be replaced. It was replaced by another broken one. When they folded the extra bed, we saw the thick dust that had accumulated was not even wiped off and the same was true with the replacement. They just cover up the dirr with fresh linnen.

Such a lovely friendly and homely hotel.The staff on reception were delightful and all the staff in the restaurant on the 6th floor were so attentive professional. I would definitely stay again.

The great thing about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and polite. Great work! This is my fourth or fifth stay at the hotel and I feel the condition of the rooms is declining. The furnishings are showing their age and the bathroom in my room was showing way too much mold, not helped by leaks around the shower. The hotel was an oasis in the area, but needs some revamping and the rooms need concerted maintenance. The bed was comfortable.

This is my go-to hotel when I need to detach myself from society. It is a hotel that doesnt feel like a hotel. I love the ambience. I love the dining setup at the roof. The staff are friendly, accomodating, and unintrusive. Theyve recently slightly increased their prices but with the kind of service they provide, its all worth it. Cocoon Botique Hotel is also near several restaurants and other places to eat. Its location is perfect.

This was a great experience from check in until check out. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the ambiance was relaxing. I attended a seminar/conference at this hotel. The hotel is fine but the service is quite dismaying. In the coffee area, no one from the staff tried to replenish the used utensils like spoon and saucer. During snack time, the staffs do not completely serve the food to all attendees. The drinks are also served later than the food.

My biggest gripe with the property was the airconditioning. The unit was not adequate enough to really cool the room. The massage service was also disappointing, the massage bed wasnt that comfortable that my back ached after the service, and my wife had the same complain. What was great is the proximity to Timog Avenue area where there were a lot of dining options. Will I stay here again? Maybe not. I will try other options like the B Hotel or Luxent. We stayed at Sequioa Hotel previously and that was a more pleasant stay considering that they had basic amenities.

Great staff. Responsive and professional. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are surprisingly plentiful. The full size tub is a bonus and theres a good supply of hot water. The location is perfect to all points in Quezon City.

Only been here for an event. The roof top was great. It has a good view of the city.

Poor food service. We waiting for our breakfast to be served and it took more than 15 minutes. Hotels are now having a buffet breakfast but here is still plated. You can enter each floor through fire exit. Our toilet bowl doesnt have water.

Welcoming and attentive staff at reception and meals. Very willing and quick to offer help in organising Grab taxis and transport and responding to requests for help. A spacious rooms . Areas that could be better include the access via phone to the restaurant fir room service.

Had a truly great experience at this hotel. The Deluxe Room and the Studio were we stayed were so clean that you can even smell the fresh scent the minute you walk in the room. A bathtub and a seperate cubicle for rain shower. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help.

Rooms very comfortable. The staff was great and tried to remember your name. The front staff Joe or Joey or Joel (I cant remember the spelling) was very courteous and helpful. Fast internet connection and great food

Sehr empfehlenswert! Grosse, gemütliche Zimmer. Hauseigene Massage/Spa bis Mitternacht! Pool auf dem Dach. Gemütliches Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen.Einziger Nachteil: Relativ weit weg vom Flughafen. Wer Intramuros oder Greenbelt in Manila besichtigen will, bucht sich aufgrund des Verkehrschaos besser ein Zimmer in der entsprechenden Region.

The food is ok..the rooms are ok BUT there are no cable channels in my room..the TV is internetTV so there is Netflix and you can only watch when the internet is not buffering..the WIFI was good enough for gadgets and phones but not good enough for watching NETFLIX..

I love this little gem. A ‘boutique hotel’ that has actually bothered with the boutique bit! They avoid plastic bottles, have a good and healthy breakfast menu (veggie burrito!), cute wood paneling in the rooms and lovely staff. Will stay again.

Bad experience because I was not given a key card. Only my companion has. Its a hassle to request the counter staff to open the room for me. The spa service is below my expectation.

I recommend this hotel if you want a good night rest and good wi-fi service. Moving on, the roof deck was just amazing. By night, from the pool deck, you will see lights from city buildings situated from afar and exposed to the clear sky view by day.

Very nice hotel. Loved the way they kept Filipino furnishings and yet their digital room service technology was quite surprising. Located in a quiet area and with restaurants adjacent.Breakfast was superb!

Great Ambience and captures the relaxing feel. The space is not that huge unlike other hotels around the metro, But it lacks parking space to youre walk-in guests. 6 floors including the rooftop for amenities. Great staff at reasonable expense.

The staff really went above and beyond in accommodating us and making sure that we are comfortable and we are not hassled. The room was really nice. Their complimentary breakfast include an array of breads and jams,soup, fruit juices and fruits. Perfect for a relaxing weekend with your family or friends.

The next time we go, Im going to rent a suit of armor so the title will seem more appropriate. The rooms are spotless and well cared for. The service was outstanding. Plenty of close by restaurants. Location wise the hotel is in a side street so not on a main road.

Relaxing venue for training and seminars because of its SPA ambience in their lobby

I liked the interiors of this hotel. We found the Cocoon Boutique Hotel in Quezon City and were very happy we did. To Camela V and the dedicated staff of Cocoon Boutique Hotel, we extend our gratitude. The service was attentive and personalised. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Room was spacious and I like the wooden floors. Its actually in a great area with 100s of restaurants, bars and little cafes well within walking distance. Meaning we can hear people walking outside and talking outside the room and from the outside we can hear people talking inside the rooms.

Attended a workshop here and I was quite surprised with the quality. I chose Cocoon Boutique Hotel because of its location (near the wedding venue) and its excellent service which I read on most of the hotels review. Room service for breakfast was offered to us and it was quick, when dining area became very busy. The experience is more than your moneys worth.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path. I found the the entire staff friendly and courteous, and most of all, I loved their smiles. We were warmly greeted by the staff and took time to ask our names. A cheap item that protects walls from slammers.

Reception: very welcoming! I was even served welcome drinks. Nice and friendly staff.Room: spacious. I asked for a single bed but got put into a room with twin beds. Sheets and pillows were plenty enough and crisp. Tv can be switched to Netflix and other apps. Noise was minimal.Bathroom: clean! Bathtub was also clean and toiletries were complete. Plenty of towels too.Room service: food was so-so. They can use a different menu. I ordered pasta (too salty) and ordered adobo pandesal (which had too many fats in it) but the fries were good! Staff was also great!Overall: I would stay again!

Great time to spend with family overnight and long staycations

A bit on pricey compared to some, but you cant put a price on very good people trying to take care of you. Staff greeted us warmly and they are very friendly. Of the rooms unfortunately encountered a leak but the staff were quick to address it even at the dead of night.

Room was spacious and we like the wooden floors. Beds are really big, soft & comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights only but in both instances, my hubby & I had long & sound sleep! :) Had complete toiletries. Staff from the reception to the housekeeping and restaurant were all courteous, warm & helpful. My husband really liked the omelettes cooked by the lady chef - it was so good! Breakfast is a combination of both ala-carte & buffet. Good enough but could very well improve on their spread - perhaps more variety. Also, the dining venue tends to be hot since it is at the rooftop but if they dont have an activity in the nearby function room, you may request to use it instead as it is much cooler. This is a green, quaint boutique hotel thats value for your money. Since we were pressed for time, we didnt get the chance to try their complimentary 15-minute foot spa/massage...maybe next time! We felt the lobby areas air conditioning was a little hot ( or they might have aircon problems then..). Nevertheless, this should be checked. Also, noticed the piano at the lobby but I have not seen it being used or played. Maybe in the future, they can have live piano music for their guests at their lobby. All in all, we had a nice, good stay...worth another visit! Would recommend this hotel as one of the best in Quezon City, specifically in the Scout area.

The roof deck was perfect for chilling. Staying here feels like you are being taken care of by family. I look forward to the Filipino breakfast every morning, and the staff up there gets an A. We didnt want to leave the room the whole time we were there.
