Supeer tagal ng service ng McDonalds Novaliches. Ewan ko pero parang chill lang sila porket nandun sila sa place na ganoon konti lang mag rereklamo. Ung isang order mo aabot ng kalahating oras ? Tapos ung facilities pa laging madumi. Oo natural na sa ibang fastfood na gnoon pero sana naman kahit papano may customer care paren. Hindi ung basta pera order lang.

Madaming bata na namamalimos sa loob while we eat lalo na sa gabi.

Papadeliver ka pero walang order na dadating. Wala man lang courtesy call para sbhn na hndi makakapagdeliver. STUPIDITY AND IGNORANCE AT ITS FINEST.

Novaliches Proper branch... Seems the crews were avoiding eye contact so that they can go on with what they are doing, and look only at the surroundings when theyre done. Like . Foods still great, of course. My go-to place for French fries as always. But customer service is another matter. Just stating facts based on my experience that day.

McDonald, Its one of the classic fastfood restaurant and a longtime rival of Jollibee here in the Philippines . Heres what I have noticed by eating to this branch multiple times.Pros-Has great food.-Has stall for ice cream and such-Open 24hours a day.Cons-Restroom is not accesible everytime.-Back area is not accesible everytime-Sometimes, Its really hot inside the building.-Hard to park and go-Scenery around the establishment were not that great.

No security crew, beggars and solicitors will go on your dining table and ask for money. ACs dont work properly or maybe set to high temperature. Foods great though.

As usual fast food chain. Very nice crew, i likes chicken fillet Ala King and the place is spacious.

Im disappointed..because they cant provide plastic bag for take out even if Im willing to pay for it just to make sure my food wont spill. I understand that QC dont allow plastic bags but how can Savemore-Novaliches Bayan provide their customers and McDonalds-Novaliches Bayan cant? To think my hands are full because I have a lot to carry and they expect me to walk up to the tricycle terminal with my take out in paper bags...

Best tasting chicken 100%I love Mcdonalds!

I called mcdo delivery at 11.30 pm. 11.45 someone called me from novaliches branch informing that some of our orders are not available so we change are order then she advised that delivery time is one hour expected delivery will be 12.50 am. 1.15 am someone called me that they had a problem and they need additional 20 mins to deliver the food. Im very dissapointed. I hope next time they need to inform the customer in earliest time.

I saw a fly going around the tables. The room temperature is not comfortable, because the aircon was apparently on fan mode. The inside of the restaurant looks old.
