One of the good branches of Shakeys in QC.

I love pizza so if you also craving for pizza try it with Shakeys they serve not only pizza. Perfect with someone to eat at. The staff is polite and approachable too. Try shakeys with ur booky app to get a discount for two. Enjoy. :)

Airconditioning has a problem. The glass they served has some food debris. Not friendly staffs. No one smiled at me since I got in til I left.

The service is slow. We ordered a bundle. If i didnt asked what is the inclusion in the bundle, they would have forgotten the drinks.

Seems that they are short of staff. Serving time is reasonable. Friendly and assistive staff plus accomodating security guard.

We went there for a takeout for but the staff kept on ignoring us for 10 mins despite of the security ringing a bell informing them that we were ready to order. 2 staff members acknowledged but just raised hands only to ignore us again. So I opted for a delivery. Then again one item was missing. I had to go to their store to talk to the manager. To my dismay I cannot even find sincerity in the apology of the manager. They had I think 6 serving crews at that time but no one came to take our order. Im a regular of Shakeys and spends more than 1.5K in one order. How can these people ignore customers?

Food is still pretty good. Wasnt too fond of the layout though as our table was beside the door and it was a hot summer day. Staff did move us as soon as a table was available.

They serve your food all in one go. Its not advisable because all your food will go cold before you can even eat them. Go to Shakeys SM Marikina branch so you could experience exceptional service.

Staffs are not accomodating enough. We waited for almost 1hr. We had 4 follow up orders and the worst, one of the crew denied that she didnt get our order. She doesnt know how to feel sorry thats why im going to give this a one star.Not a good experience.

Food were served earlier than we expected it but insufficient crews. Not a good experience tonight since they served the dessert and billed us out late and waited for almost 30mins. Haist!! The only reason is the staff and crews priority first of getting pic with a basketball player POGOY dine in... but its okay, I may do the same thing if his fans and supporters are not there... Bihira lang yun ha.. but the service got compromised..

Food is good BUT service needs drastic improvement. Good thing the security guard helps out in calling the staff.

The food was good and served Quick but the getting a hold of service personnel was sub par we had to physical walk up to cash to ask for help regarding orders and service, which should not happen with this type of establishment.

5-10mins of waiting time and its good! So quick! And the Banana Split is so good!

Shakeys Araneta is one of my familys favorite places to celebrate because of its proximity to our second home. We love the diverse activities and restos araneta center has.

Food is really great...hope they will add another branch near araneta

The filipino cuisine is very rarely great anywhere... Same here.

They dont serve draft beer because ots beside a christian fellowship buidling or whatever they call it.

I used to like shakeys before. This branch sucks big time. Slow service. Your meal arrives in an installment basis. I dont recommend this restaurant.

On our first time to try shakey cubao, they forgot our order. it took an hour before our meal was served. they gave us free soup though
