Wide variety of breads and other pastries. They do dine ins pastas, sandwiches and rice meals. I ordered Carbonara. Taste is bland, flavor is missing possibly masked by too much cream. Pasta is cooked far too well for the foods own good. Looks undesirable, texture came soggy. Much more like a do it yourself pasta at home. Will it pass for a restaurant quality pasta? Solid No. Does it taste bad? No, but unappetizingly bland. Sprinkled with bread crumbs... You read correctly bread crumbs instead of parmesan cheese. The staffs are lounging around in front of customers. Sad for the owner.

Cashier was busy doing something while my order wasnt complete yet. Not organized. Drinks was very simple but did not serve it first.Matatapus na meal wala pa yung drink.

Ordered via GrabFood. The food was fine (didnt taste great but good enough). Unfortunately, there was a piece of plastic stuck to the chicken in my chicken parmigiana. Spotted it just in time. This branch needs to be more diligent in their kitchens hygiene and quality control.

French Baker, im a concerned customer and longtime patron of your other branches. I’m here at your Cherry Supermarket branch. Its 12:50 pm. We ordered a rice meal (hamburger steak). But to my surprise, the crew said that you ran out of rice. It will take 45 minutes to serve any of your rice meals. I said how can that happen when you’re inside a supermarket?? Can’t you buy your rice at this supermarket? You know, i have been coming to this French Baker branch only a few times, i observed the service is not that good. For the high price of your food, you should deliver better service than lesser priced eating places. I hope Johnlu Koa can do something about that.

Today we went to grab lunch at the French Baker.After ordering the pepper pork they brought me a complementary soup dish.And it was at the moment that I noticed a dead cockroach/insect in my complementary soup.After showing said insect to the staff, the manager of the restaurant offered me to take anything else on the menu for free.Would my appetite not be spoiled by said insect, I would have gladly accepted.Some time later I noticed that they were still serving the complementary soup from the same cauldron...

Today at lunch,Mothers Day I placed my order at 12 noon to be exact,upon paying at the counter I was told that my order will take 10 to 15 minutes,however the next table with us was served first wherein they were not there yet when we placed the order.When its almost 12:40 pm already i stood up along with the other lady who requested to cancel her order same as I am as we dont see any supervisor informing us about the delay of order.It was a very bad experience at my lunch date with my wife.After we cancelled our order and refund the money we ended up at Jollibee.This happens at French Baker Cheri Foodarama Branch Congressional.Being in the service industry for 35 years in the Restaurant business,I see a very disorganized team.You should have an experience team leader to train and guide your staff from the galley crew and service staff.You should follow the SOP of first in first out to avoid problems of having unsatisfied customer..I am a retired restaurant manager and with my expertise I know what is missing and lacking of your operation.Thank you and hope it helps.
