The staff specially the housekeeping are all so friendly and nice. They are fast in acting upon upon your need. Liza the front desk officer is so courteous & friendly.

In general, was a good experience. We were there coz we have an early morning appointment with the church (Cathedral Shrine of the Good Shepherd). Accessible. Many establishments within the vicinity. Not too busy area. However, the electric kettle was infested with ants. It might be from the previous people who stayed in the room and boiled noodles on the electric kettle. The rooms were comfortable and the building looks new. The people at the reception were also very accommodating and answered my questions.

We had a great time time staying in this hotel. The location is perfect, it accessible to practically everything, shops, gym, laundromat, food chains, 24hr security, the pool is not as small as what it is in the picture, the staff are very friendly and helpful it is one of those hotels that you want to come back to again and again, I would every time I visit the Philippines.

Everything was perfect. Room was small but well furnished. Was happy with my stay. Nice cold a/c, I had to go talk to the front desk to get my WiFi connected but other then that everything exceeded my expectations. Will definitely recommend!

Flexible hose for the shower wand broke..no replaxement parts available.. have to use several rubber bands to make it work.

Clean and good place to stay in...

The staff was very, very helpful and kind, and the accommodations were entirely satisfactory. The only frustration, and its a small one, is that the swimming pool listed in the dscription was being repaired, and was therefore empty. The plumbing was clean and functional, and the air conditioning was perfectly OK, and there were no bugs in the room.There is a quite nice cafe right next door, although unfortunately for a jet-lagged North American, it does not open for breakfast until 10 a.m.The only exploration of Quezon City which I did was to go with two friends to Eco Park, a close ride in a tricycle taxi. It was very pleasant there.For a VERY moderately-prized hotel in an ordinary part of the city, I would recommend it. There is a university quite close by, Far Eastern University, and there seemed to be quite a few students who lived at the hotel, while attending their courses. I would assume they get a long-term rate, but I didnt inquire, since it did not apply to me.

Nice and comfortable room. Courteous and helpful staff. Lots of food chains and convenient stores around the hotel.

Check-In hat ewig gedauert, weil die Buchung nicht vorlag. Wlan funktionierte nicht!

Room is small but clean.Its not a hotel so dont expect someone to clean the room no kitchenette in the room we need to buy a tea maker kettle.No nice hotel in the area so our stay was ok.

The room had small cockroach by the sink, they provided a coffee maker but theres no coffee granules only powder, the bathroom had dust and hair from previous guest or cleaner, no TV yet ( mngt said theyre on soft opening ), pool was ok up to 4ft, ac is not cooling enough for a 15sqm room, having said that, the hotel is not ready, not even for soft opening but good enough for its price.
