We visited the resto last December 20. It was my first time to visit this branch together with my family. It was our advance Christmas celebration.Everything was pretty smooth until i received a call from my niece saying that her brother not allowed to enter the open-air main entrance. (Due to covid protocol that teens are not allowed in the mall). I pleaded the mall guard that the restaurant is outside the mall and we had no intention of entering the main mall. (The guards were very emphatic and polite but they had to implement strict rules.).I sought the help from the resto Manager (Geraldine) who was very apologetic and emphatic with our predicament. She tried her best to help us but again, rules are rules (which i totally understand). My nephew (who is a grown-up teenager) decided to wait at the designated area. I requested Geraldine for a take out so my nephew could nibble something while waiting. To my surprise she and john (waiter), prepared a well-packed food. John even accompanied me and he personally served the food to my nephew. He even demonstrated to him on how to eat the take out food comfortably.I was so grateful for all the help given to us by the resto team.. Dining is not just about the food quality and the basic customer service. Its the TOTAL customer experience. My family left the resto with smiles on their faces. And my nephew? He enjoyed his solitude while eating the sumptous food and playing mobile legend!Thank you again to the resto team for making our christmas intimate celebration so pleasant despite the covid restriction. (Note to self - do not forget all the covid protocols).Merry Christmas everyone!
