Robinsons Z Square mall -Not friendly to delivery partners,they did not bother to fix the elevator. Cargo/boxes/deliveries to manually carry down the stairs.

Nothing really interesting inside. Just a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. It has no aircon, mostly opened-air area.

A rather small mall located along del monte, it has a grocery located downstairs

A medium size mall at the corner of Banawe st. and Delmonte. basement: robinson supermarket, ground floor : chineses resto and small cloth shop 2nd floor: Seoulgyupsal is samgyupsal( grilled Korean pork belly) resto. 449 per head. meat quality is better than that of other samgyupsal restaurants in quezon city area.

A very accessible mini-mall but could have been a lot better.

When this establishment was constructed i was so excited that at last this place will have a much crowded people because the situation is so right for them to go n enjoy considering it is a prime center to what they want n dine but to my disgustment it turned out to be unsuccessful almost majority of the tenants are closing n moving out maybe the management will have to check whats happening i sympathize with you because if i have a store like this i would go out of my way to find solutions of whts happening.

I was in the vicinity of Z Square Mall one Saturday and was looking for a place to park my car. My host directed me to the basement parking of Z Square Mall.There are at least two levels of parking. The fee is P40.00 flat rate (they might have a different rate for weekdays). The parking area is clean and has sufficient lighting.Some of the commercial establishments in the mall are Robinsons Supermarket, Potato Corner, LBC, Tien Mas, Lavish Beaulty Lounge, Illys Coffee, and SeoulGyupsal Korean Grill.It can be noted that the mall management places priority on the maintenance of the facility: like the parking basement, the common areas and toilets were clean. However, on the day I was there one side of the walkalator wasnt functioning. There is still room for improvement after all.

Mhounes vape shop!!!!! Cant vape outside the store though so vape wisely

Has a supermarket, a few dining options and snack stalls. However, a pharmacy or drug store would be nice here.

Good for Handy Man, Man Han and Robinsons Grocery. Convenient for me.

Its good that it has Robinsons Supermarket in this mall. Though I find the choices of the restaurants are not that wide.

Small shopping mall with supermarket at basement and multiple chinese restaurants. Sufficient parking area.

The mall is almost empty. Its not a place to go to if you are going to shop.

Nice exterior but the stalls inside are underdeveloped. There are a lot of tiange stalls inside. Upper floors are not fully occupied.

Place has a lot of empty shop spaces. Business here does not seem to be good. Parking is no problem though.

The place has a few stores only and would say incomplete. But they do have a grocery and good restaurants.

Takes up space in Banawe. Half empty. Loud speakers for ads. Sponsors really annoying events that dont have patrons. Inconsiderate of residents of Banawe when they blockade the roads for their personal events just because. The noise the advertisers in the building is deafening. When sent a complaint letter, it was promptly ignored. You guys also block the damn internet and network signals because you take up so much space on the block.

Owners should seriously consider enticing would-be tenants with free rent as the place is really empty. Aside from a handful of restaurants and the supermarket, not much is going on here.

Accessible with ample parking. Downside is shops n restos are closing.

If youre visiting the banawe area, you can shop and eat here after the long day.

Most shops are closing, needs better lease management.
