It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is okay, closed to shops, dining and accessible to public transportation with less road congestion. Staff are very accommodating, considerate and friendly. Hotel is clean, all were in a working condition. The only discomfort was, no telephone in the rooms, and rooms were so small. And also the misleading advertisement for a free parking, while in fact, there were limited parking spaces. Services on a first come first served basis. There is a private parking beside the hotel, serving as an overflow parking area with a fee of 100 pesos. Not bad anyways. Otherwise, the all over stay was great. Thank you Red Planet Hotel staff for your service.

Its affordable, clean and very peaceful. Its accessible to Cubao and to Quiapo because there are jeepneys plying along Timog Avenue.

Very clean rooms with fresh beddings.Accommodating and courteous staff. Advice to future guests: Better book using Red Planet Mobile app and make payment online for your bookings coz its way way cheaper than just making reservation online and paying at the hotel or doing walk-in check in. The breakfast they offer are too expensive for their quality and quantity.

Modern designed lobby with mac pc all in one to use for net surfing and board games for decoration purposes only. courteous guest relation staff at front desk so we thought it will be all smooth check in but when we got inside our room, first thing we noticed is they do not have a phone to call front desk, we have to download the app at our cellphone to call them which makes our stay less comfortable. second, they do not give or have a slipper for guest to use, we paid 50PhP for a disposable slippers with a toothbrush and small toothpaste and a diaposable plastic cup so that is a top up to the stay cost. third, we want the light at the top of the tv to turn off but when we do, the light at the walkway to the door turns off also, I wish they seperated the switch for every lights they put. lastly, the staff who visited our room to give us the ordered slippers and to help us get the remote fixed is so rude, he kept on pushing the doorbell like telling us to get up right away to open the door for him and as I open the door he abruptly say 50PhP for the slippers Maam then I said okay here you go then I showed him the remote, he just went inside the room and quickly adjust the remote for us then went for the door with the slippers still with him that I have to call for his attention to give it to me. After that, he just went away without asking us if we need something else. I hated our stay here, not so cozy and welcoming.

Decent facilities and very close to establishments on foot. Could be a little cleaner. Doesnt have a smoking area unlike the other branches.

If you need a place to stay overnight or for short stay only within the time of 1400hr The price is fine. But make sure not to do early checkin, even if an hour or 2 earlier than 1400hr you have to pay a high fee. My auntie was on wheelchair and my uncle was a senior citizen. The receptionist didnt even gave a consideration for them.The room was fine. Bathroom has a bidet. Although the shampoo/body soap was one, the dispensers are already either broken or not fixed. Theres flat LED tv with cable. So you wont be bored.

If this is your choice of hotel to just let New Years Day better to just stay home. A hotel which shampoo, conditioner and soap in one dispenser (public hygiene). Well they have strict non smoking regulation and New Year isnt a day they would let you pass for Php 2000 which is penalty higher than the room rateand theyve got your soap and shampoo, conditioner in a dispenser. Its something for public hygiene. 2nd to the worst is the motorcycle parking. Talking about discremintion parking where they will ask you to park to the this small space and compressing all the motorcycle in there. They manner for not to touch something isnt yours doesnt only apply to cars but also to motorcycle. After asking to park on where they directed you to, they will just move your motorcycle without asking. Would they do the same if it were a car? Of course not. Discrimination where manners are only applied to chosen few. What a way to mess your New Year. Something they you can never make it up to. Not on New years day!!!

You can never go wrong choosing Ref Planet. Way way way better than Hop In. If you are in Timog. Dont go to Hop Inn.

I like the location accessible through public transportation. Nice and clean. Staffs are friendly and service with a smile. The only thing I notice is missing is shower mat. The shower floor is slippery in order to avoid an toward incident.

Das Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Quezon City. Trotz der 6 Spurigen Straße ist es sehr ruhig in diesem Hotel. Es gibt nur 2 Nachteile. Kein Restaurant und kein Kleiderschrank. Das Hotel ist nur für kurzaufenthalte gedacht. Wir haben unseren 3 woechigen Urlaub in diesem Hotel Red Planet sehr genossen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Atmosphere isnt really that welcoming. Feels just like a budget hotel.Room is really tiny, claustrophobic even. There isnt even some place to put your bag on except the bed.No soap, just this 3 in 1 thing they have. No other amenities, no free breakfast, no bell service, and WiFi signal isnt that strong in the rooms

Right of the top, the price is very reasonable. Room is as advertised, staff is very friendly and parking space is available although its on a first come first serve basis.

The hotel is in a very good location with shops, some great restaurants and modest night life. The room was pristine clean but rather tight and no other furniture apart from a small table next to the bed. No desk or table if you require to do some work. There is no telephone and if you want to communicate with the reception you need to download an application to your own telephone but requires subscription giving your data. No restaurant in site but alternatives for breakfast just across the street. Also, there is a 24 hours convenience next door.

Quite good this time cos on higher floor. Suggest to add body message service in room. Air-con is too loud like an plane flying over thru out the night!

A decent hotel for the price. Booked online and wasnt expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the hotel was. Will stay here again next time Im in the area.

Charging extra Php1000/head for any extra individuals that will be staying inside the room is not fair for the following reasons:1. Online booking only allows up to 2 max adults and 1 child anyway2. Terms and conditions do not state above additional charges and can be interpreted as taking advantage of guests who thought that the price they’ve paid online will be the same regardless of the no. of individuals that will stay inside the room3. No extra bed will be given for the additional individual—they will still share the same small space/room at an additional costTheir “budget friendly” hotel tagline is misleading and not applicable with above scenario.Additional Php1000 almost costs 1 extra room.Staff and Supervisor in Timog during our last and final stay are disappointing and inefficient.

Red Planet in Timog is the type of hotel for transients. I would not recommend it for families looking for a staycation hotel. The rooms are small, they have no gym or pool, u just stay in the room and watch cable tv. One advantage is its location, theres a 7-11 beside the hotel and cozy coffee shop just across. If youre a transient looking for an affordable place to stay for a day or two, then Red Planet will do.

The staff are nosy asking where is my room what are my baggages, the guard are looking inside my wallet when am paying? The key card malfunctions a lot.

This is a modest and safe hotel at a good location.

Get discounted rates when you book using the Red Planet app. The location of this hotel is very accessible to public transportation and the MRT. Theres also a 24hour Dunkin Donuts nearby. The rooms are well kept and board games are available for everyone to use and enjoy.

What a huge mistake!!!So disappointed such minor mistake made by a worldwide corporation.Secondly, the hotel reception refused to collect package which sent by my friends unless I inform in advance. What a ridiculous request! Those are surprise gifts for me and how I can know before hand?

In den Philippinen habe ich kein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angetroffen. Gut war es das letzte Hotel dort! Die „Gemütlichen Betten“, auch die„Tolle Lage“und vor allem der „Ausgezeichnete Service“ hat mich tatsächlich überwältigt.... Dass der Vize-Stadtpräsident von Quezon City in den letzten beiden beiden Tagen dort seine Tagung abhielt erwähne ich nur deshalb, damit Ihr mir auch glauben könnt!

Its nice, room is clean a bit small , but its definitely cheap! Staff are as excepted lovely helpful and nice, its the location that lets it down, but a quick SHORT taxi ride fixes that !!

Room became damp real quick. Stuffy because ventilation was not good. One side of the room was cramped when the table was pulled down. Staff was accommodating but that does not make up for the sub standard room configuration compared to otherlow budget hotels

Wer auf das Konzept von Tune Hotels steht - für den ist das das richtige. Ich fand es aber nicht so toll, in einem winzig kleinen Zimmer, wo man sich kaum bewegen kann, ohne Kleiderschrank oder Regale zu hausen. Als Notlösung und wenn man eh die ganze Zeit ausserhalb des Hotels verbringt geeignet. Falls Sie aber mehrere Stunden am Tag im Hotel verbringen wollen, dann suchen Sie sich lieber was gescheites.
