Just fine as a condotel... maybe because we are admitted there for 2 days and not fully enjoyed the services they provide.

フィリピン大学に徒歩圏内のホテル。朝食もまずまずです。マップではホテル内にコンビニがある様に表示されることがありますが、コンビニはありませんでした。部屋は広くて清潔ですが、バスタブはなく、シャワーだけです。ホテルの朝食は1階のレストランMiller’sで。フィリピンの味付けではありますが、まずまずです。

Courteous friendly helpful Staff - that truly makes the difference. We choose to come back over and over ...regard this place our home away from home ... such calming no frills just bare essentials ..importantly tidy and pristine always .. enough to make us happy ... you dont get this feeling in hotels ... only at home. Hotels tend to pamper ... we just want to feel relaxed - Microtel UP Technohub delivers to perfection.

The Captain Waiter who was assigned to our wedding event who is a Vhong Navarro look a like was very rude. And also the Coordinator from the Hotel was not friendly at all. Please improve on your customer service. We had our event at Diliman and Carillion place.

I had a great time staying at the hotel! The personnels were very courteous and they respect their guest really well.

Rooms are fairly clean but not complete. No shampoo, soap, bedroom slippers, no mini bar items (just an empty ref), no pleasant view From the window, wifi internet is really really slow... very basic. The customer service is bad. Not worth it considering that there other affordable hotels that really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at ease away from your home even just for a night. Doesn’t really take much to give your customers that simple yet pleasant experience. This is so far one of the worst.

Staff was very courteous, friendly and accommodating. had stayed here last year and chose to come back again this year. pleasant and comfortable rooms.

The front is blunt and not helpful to answer questions. The utility staff is much nicer

It was in the tecnohub so naturally wasnt expecting much amenities.Serve its basic function.Shower facilities could be better with some proper maintenance.

Plenty security guys surrounding the hotel. Honestly, I find the rate of P3,200 nett (breakfast buffet included) a bit steep for its location and its size. The location is ***** a major highway (Commonwealth Avenue) which is convenient. Rooms are decent quality. In general, the function rooms are clean and tidy. All good, Staff courteous and genial; Facilities - clean as always weve known it to be from the very first time we stayed here.This unassuming hotel has been our home in Manila between our trips home to Sydney and weve been coming and going nearly 5 years now - the quality of service has been the same ---- and for as long as this kind of service remains untarnished we will come back over and over, again and again.... thank you to your superb staff!.

I appreciate how theres a door on each floor that leads to the rooms. Breakfast was included in the price. Pool at rooftop is 4ft deep so kids can enjoy a quick swim. Choose the room away (as in far away) from the door entrance per floor to save you from hearing the banging of the door when someone enters/exits.

The GM, Mr Umali, whom I didnt know, was very helpful in sourcing for an alternative room for me immediately. I would like to commend all the hotel staff for making our stay truly exceptional. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. A good hotel to stay.

Most of the times the staff on the floor are attentive but ***y times you have to get their attention to serve coffee or water. Big thanks microtel and to the team who handled my incident well especially the housekeepers and receptionists and the ***ager on duty. The drinks & pulutan promo is very affordable.

Very secure (common in PH) with gated access into the area and secondary gates into the actual hotel. The best value of this hotel is the staff. I hope though that housekeeping can look into the cleaning agents they use because there is a funny smell in the room when we came in, like that of a strong chemical.

Customer service was bad. Some of the staff are rude and unpleasant. Breakfast buffet food was really terrible. Wouldnt recommend this to anyone and Im NEVER coming back.

The hotel and restaurant employees are very friendly. Housekeeping employees are very good.

Walking distance to commercial establishments, relatively. Near UP Diliman. Two jeep rides from CSI Batasan. Good WiFi. Good bfast buffet. Helpful and friendly staff.

Nice that it overlooks a garden/courtyard. For the price it is definitely the cleanest hotel I stayed at so far. There is a lot of noise from the hallways due to everything being tiled/non-carpet so there is nothing to soak any noise from loud neighbors or people walking the halls.

Excellent customer service (this where the 2-star is coming from), but there are several things that might be ok for some but not for others.I am changing from 2- star to 1 star. The 1-star went to the guy who was opening the door and also the woman who helped with the Grab transportation.I wanted to check out 30-45 mins prior to me leaving for the airport. The guy from the front desk said, he said its ok and that I could just turn in my keys. I asked him if I need to sign anything, and he said. No need. Soooo..my driver came and I rushed downstairs so I dont miss my 11:20am flight. I gave my keys. Again, I asked the guy if need to sign anything. He said, everything is good. Then, I was in the car and he stopped me and said they need to check the room. I said what the. I told him I have to leave because I am going to miss my flight.I should not left any tip in the room for them.I left.Its very disappointing because they are carrying the name WYNDHAM and Wyndham has an excellent reputation but certainly not demonstrated here at Microtel UP Wyndham Technohub.Also:1) The walls are TOO THIN. You can literally hear everything that goes on on both sides of your room and above the room. Yikes!!!2) Swimming pool area closes at 9pm.3) Patio on the 6th floor also closes at 9pm, so you cant enjoy the view, and relax outside after 9pm. Its cooler at night and hot during the day, so you cant go out during the day. You are force to stay in your room after 9pm.4) The restaurant Millies is not connected to the hotel, so you have to pay everytime you eat there even though you want it charge to your room. Make sure you bring your money.5) You cant bring your own food and drinks on the patio on the 6th floor. Huh? You are forced pretty much to enjoy your time vacationing in your room and not outside where the patio is.6) Filipinos have huge families but you cant visit after 10pm. THERE IS A CURFEW.7) Bathroom shower is dirty.I am not coming back to this hotel.

Well and discipline costumer service

Very poor customer service. We book Nov 4 for our small gatherings. We were informed that only 2 were allowed in the room until 10pmYes, we were very aware of that and so the visitors left beforehand. So everything went well untill we check out. They accused us of stealing two of their face towels? Were hold on the lobby and tell us not to go until were cleared! Very rude approach! They let the other guest to hear what theyre tryin to accuse us and so we check the room and found out that the face towel was there?! They also tell us that the room was so messy etc. ?! The last thing i know is that my visitor cleaned the room before they left. So is there a policy in your hotel like CLEAN AS YOU GO?! I was so disappointed with the management of this hotel. They let their staff to treat their guest the harsh way. I was wondering how did they train staffs?! Anyways, overall ratings is very poor. I wish we check this before we book. There will be no next time!.

All of the staff were approachable and the facilities of the area are quiet satisfactory

The drinks & pulutan promo is very affordable. The location is ideal youre in the middle of Quezon City and if you have appointments youre just a few minutes by taxi depending on traffic situation of course. There was a lot of construction noise while I was trying to sleep during the day.

+ The room was great and the staffs were friendlyOverall,we enjoyed staying at microtel.._ The pool was small,the breakfast buffet dont have much choices but the food was great,no slippers in the room..

As someone who previously had a broken leg for months, I appreciated this option, and I would say this hotel is ideal for those with disabilities in terms of mobility. Shopping and eating complex is walking distance. We use Molave and Sanggumay function rooms more frequently but its a bit small for Recruitment Activities that we usually do.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Though I noticed housekeeping wont replenish toiletries and/or change towels daily unless youll request for it.

Convinient to places nearby, secured, quiet, helpful staff.

I was disappointed by the lack of warmth in the tone of the women working at the front desk. The front desk attendants were not so nice they kept reminding that guests can stay until 10pm. The lady in the reception was not quite friendly. Hopefully when I returned here in Microtel will assist me immediately and i dont like to waste my time.

Affordable accommodation from UP area

The rooms were ok but I expected to have coffee and kettle in every room just like other hotels Ive been to.

Ideal place for planning workshop sessions.

The white sheets were not white, they were almost brown, the towels were almost brown as well, they smelled good so I assumed it was clean, no coffee in the room, the walls are thin, you can hear people walking down the hallway and the corridor door being slammed/closed, the windows are thin as well because you could hear the cars on the freeway.

This hotel is nice and safe.

Bathroom has stained grout all over. They dont change towels unless you say so.

Beautiful place for recreation

My experience at the hotel was too bad because the service of bell*** noticed when I was there I did not stay too attentive the guests like me. I found their walls too thin. I didnt like the toilet and bath as it didnt look like that of a hotel.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. This hotel doesn’t deserve even a single star.

Very basic hotel.not accesible to any food place expect by car.expensive considering you will get a dorm type amenities.stay elsewhere unless you need to use this place for business.not a cozy place to go to after a long day at work.
