Low price cozy place!

This is an apartelle not a hotel so theres a difference in accomodations. Walking distance to malls, groceries, banks and very convenient transpo. For my purposes this was a perfect location. Place is safe and staff is excellent. Will check-in again on my next trip.

We found the place to be quiet, peaceful and is centrally located near shopping centers and the church. The room was not really great but well kept and clean. Price was good for our budget.We found it comfortable. No hassle in parking.

Went to the given address on our reservation and was informed that it was on the other building (96th) as we were not familiar w/ the area, it was difficult finding where the other building was at night time. Place is old and quite creepy.

It was quite good for a place to stay, cooking utensils were really useful for me, its way better than a hotel (for me whos on a budget).

I was met at NAIA-3 by the shuttle driver, who brought my fiancee per prior arrangement. He was very efficient in his timing for both directions of travel. He even agreed with my fiancee to drop her off at her apartment in Quezon City after dropping me off at NAIA-3 for departure!The rest of the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful as well!!The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm....but other items begged upgrading. The electric stove top burners were very inefficient for cooking and was not properly grounded, as I got shocked just touching the lid of a pot cooking on the stove. Would also like to see upgrade to the cooking utensils. There was plenty of dishes, coffee cups and silverware for 2 of us, so that worked out nicely.We had a 1-bedroom apartment on the 4th Street side, so it was relatively quiet there. The courtyard was nice and clean, and we enjoyed sitting out at one of the tables there to drink our morning coffee.

The value here was excellent. The room was a little dated but it has everything you need. Cable TV, refrigerator, cooking.

I almost dont want anyone to know about this. Its so much better than the sleezy motels in the cubao area and they even have monthly rates. This is my new default hotel of choice.

I have stayed at the Broadway Court about 7-8 times, when I come to the Philippines from the US, its the place I always stay. My filipina wife and I love the area, its a short walk to the grocery store from the hotel. The Hotel room is fully furnished and has a kitchen with all the cooking things you would need to make your food while in Manila. The rooms have had new air-conditioners and new flat-screen TVs installed, The rooms are clean and quiet, and the price is very reasonable. The 24 hour security guard lends to a safe stay and he will even help you flag down a taxi or a trike. I only stay at Broadway Court when in the Philippines, Luci and her staff do a great job...

The bed are so firm it gave us backaches. Electric outles are very far for us to charge our gadgets like cellphone, laptops... towels are not white ,theyre like greyis white. Bedsheets and pillow cases are the same color.The room smell moldy!!
