I have a bad experience for the portable welding i bought from them. The brand is Crrston, 250 amperes. Bumigay yong blower nya. I placed an order i think two weeks ago. I have been calling so many times to followup my request kaso laging sinasabi sa akin na inaalam pa sa head office ng Creston kung may stocks.Well if you are selling any product dapat maganda ang after sales service. Lalo na kung kailangan ng customer ng parts.So for #Creston products ingat lang po.

People are friendly & accommodating in Ace Hardware SM North. I bought 4 sets of Rosco Bidet in later part of 2019 & 2 sets were returned/exchange due to premature operational defects. They replaced it, no question ask after verification of my receipt. Unlike at Ace Hardware Cebu (Reclamation area) where my complains for repair or replacements of the emergency light & chargeble flash lights (I bought 8 sets ) were never attended. Some people in ACE Hardware Cebu needs re- training on customers service.

Good items to find, nice stock, sales staff assist clients well

Chaotic call and pickup scheme. Called ahead and ordered one pail of paint. Staff prepared wrong color. Worse, item did not have barcode so purchase was not possible. Promised convenience, went home frustrated and empty handed. Very unprofessional.

Went there yesterday, the new normal applied where everyone was wearing a mask. The line distant is about 2 meter apart. Seems like less people are going out. Its probably better that way, where we only go out to buy necessities.

Slow checkout, we waited 30 minutes. 6 cashier desks and only 2 cashiers. But there were lots of other staff doing nothing.
