분위기도 괜찮았고, 음식도 전반적으로 맛있었다. 모든 메뉴가 다 맛있다.

Place is renovated and expanded giving it a roomier look with an undated interiors. It may be a little bit pricey but the food is good. Getting table service around here is always an issue. Either they are understaffed for such a huge place or additional training is required to improve engagement.

Love the taste of their food and was served promptly.. facilities were clean and crew are knowledgable of their menu and were kind in giving suggestion.. 5 stars for you guys!.. keep it up!

Food was great. We ordered lechon macau, fried dumplings, lumpia and rice. Everything tastes great, especially the lumpia. The drink lemon basil frost and it was really refreshing. I highly recommend this.

Staff aren’t nice unlike to other branches.. but the foods are great!

Service is slow, they served rice and noodles way ahead of time but our entrée came very late.The rice was already cold when the main course came.Softdrinks were served barely below room temp without an accompanying glass with ice.The fact is, there shouldnt be any reason for this slow service since there were few customers. Time it took for the food to come is 30min AT LEAST!

We went to Mann Hanns SM North branch to celebrate Fathers day and the experience we had was the worst.Due to the Covid-19 situation, we lined up at the front and gave our order to the staff in charge of checking in customers. She repeated our orders twice and we were okay with that since well be sure that our orders are properly taken.We were then seated at our table. Staff took 10 minutes to serve us water, we let it slide since were busy chatting anyway. After 15 minutes, they served our Yang Chow Fried Rice and Seafood Chami, all good. We decided to wait for the rest of the orders so we could eat them all together, turned out it was a bad idea.After 10 minutes of waiting, we called the attention of one of their staff to follow-up on our remaining orders, we were just met with a For a while sir and he did nothing afterwards. We gave them benefit of the doubt and waited some more while we decided to eat the Seafood Chami.We almost finished our serving of Seafood Chami when we decided to call the attention of their staff once more. This is after another 15 minutes of waiting. The staff went back and told us that they were just about to cook the 2nd half of our order!So after about 5 minutes, staff came back with our order and surprise! It was only one item and to our horror, it was the vegetable dish we ordered a side accompaniment to the Spicy Spareribs we ordered. We asked the staff member where the hell is the Spicy Spareribs and we were told we only have Broccoli and Shiitake mushrooms left on our order! Remember, the first staff member asked us twice what our orders are so the only explanation is whoever punched the order in their system made a mistake.To add further insult to what we experienced, the newly arrived diners next to our tables were served much faster than ours. We felt discriminated against since we werent wearing expensive clothing compared to our fellow diners. The experience as a whole was off-putting and left a bad memory to what was supposed to be a celebration. My father, a senior citizen and the person I look up to did not deserve this. For that matter, nobody deserved this kind of service from any restaurant.I am extremely, utterly and disgustingly disappointed with the level of service and lack of proper customer service. The manager in charge wasnt even interested with what was going on and just let his staff on their own. Talk about managing.P.S.They also served me room temperature soda without an ice-filled glass.

Good food. Family friendly wide space but a little dim. Washroom are common.
