2 persons per table. Complete menu available. Open until 9PM. Allows minors to dine in. Food are served in disposable containers and utensils are also disposable. All staff wear hairnet and facemasks while serving. Serving time is quite long since they only cook upon ordering. What I like most is for dine in, you can use all the garlic sauce and spicy sauce you need. We ordered Beef Kebab Meal, served with corn kernels, grilled tomato and onion on buttered rice.

Despite this being a chain restaurant it had an individual feel to it with both indoor and semi outdoor seating. The tables reach right out on to the path with an open front.I placed an order to take away and while I was waiting they brought me some ice tea. It was really nice!It took a little longer than estimated for my 2 chicken kebabs (not on a skewer nor with a wrap/bread) and a beef shawarma wrap. Not too expensive, P258!The little beef shawarma was pretty nice and the chicken was tasty. I would go back and try more dishes!

Disappointed with the food.Saw lot of hype on Google reviews and thought of giving a try.Located to near a famous university so the crowd mainly is students residing in the area.Location was easy to find.Clean organized place, efficient staff,cool place to hangout with friends and families.And the good things end here,the main reason to visit this place is food and that proved to be the weakest are with dissappointment.Ordered beef shawarma with rice and beef kabab with rice.Both dishes were served with unlimited ice tea.First the beef shawarma ,it lacks taste excessively oily and more than the beef in it the serving was full of fat chunks(eeewwww),it proved to be the worst shawarma i have ever tried,Thumbs down.The other dish ordered was Beef kabab with rice,the beef kabab(one stick) was tasteless,not properly cooked from inside .Overall the food was not even near to the hype on reviews.Price is high compared to the quality of food,quantity of food and Taste of food.Will not recommend to anyone.

Ive been coming here for years. I stop whenever I pass by Xavierville. The food is okay, the serving size is great. I can recommend the chicken kebab. Parking is always a pain.

Decided to try the food by reading goodle reviews.But i must say i was disappointed very badly.Food without taste,beef shawarma rice has less beef and more chunks of fat,tasteless,beef kabab with rice is also a disappointment.Not cooked properly,no spices.Ice tea served with the food is powdered ice tea.Overall bad exeprience with the food.Will not recommend to anyone.

The price is good for the taste and venue but you have to either be living near the area or have a car to appreciate it better. Ohh and parking can be a challenge.

Best Persian food choice in the neighborhood. You can get your cravings satisfied at a lower price than its competitors. Food tastes a little bland compared to Mister Kabab, while the sauces of Ababu are less creamy than Hassan. But Ababus ox brain takes the top spot out of the 3. Unfortunately, they often run out of ox brain because of its popularity.

Shawarwa, keema, and kebab plates are respectable. Had the mistake of ordering Ababu Dip and Toast, which for an unknown reason is P89 even if its just some unexciting dip with a side of toasted bread.

Good food. Affordable and filling. Unlimited Iced tea for the meal set.

Definitely recommend this place! Make your own wrap and dont forget the hummus and ox brain!

Im a loyal customer since 2009! Been 10 years! Though the sauce sometimes is a miss, but you can always ask them to give you a freshly made one. :)

Simple, excellent Persian food for a good price. Parking available, non aircon open seating is airy and not hot. air con room for p8 available. Service is good even if busy. Large portions and fresh cooking make it worth visiting

Ababu has bomb

This place improved but its ventilation is still for improvement.

I started eating years ago, when they were still in Maginhawa. Their Keema Motabal rings back fond memories.

I would like to offer my most sincere apologies to my youngest brother who advised me against eating here, yet, i did not heed his warning.

The quality of food has declined. Ive been going there for more than 10 years but sad to say today was dissapointing. Long wait hours and they scrimp on ingredients. I hope they can bounce back.

Food is good. The only question that always comes to my mind is why does the food takes some minutes to be serve yet when it comes to your table it is not that hot. Yes it is not cold but its also not that hot. Its like yes were cooking your food as you ordered, but when it is served to you it feels like its been cooked for a couple of minutes.

I love persian food. This one is the go to place around Xavierville. You can request for delivery too. They charge extra if you dine inside the AC room.

The grilled chicken is their best dish. Pour their garlic/yogurt sauce all over it. Great value for money.

Ghafkazi (mix of beef and chicken with rice) is the best combo for value for money and food. Super sulit!!! Only downside is limited parking.

Quick fix if youre craving for a Persian cuisine. Affordable too. I just wish they have a branch here in Taguig.

The meals come with unlimited iced tea. The rice that comes with the meals however might require an extra order of the famous beef shawarma. Best value at 109 pesos!

Food selections are very affordable! They have both aircon and al fresco areas. Parking is limited, though there are nearby areas where you can park.

They removed the unlimited iced tea and they increased their prices. Still good food but will think twice of coming back.

Foods cheap and good! Parking can be a problem and so is the traffic, after The Yard opened but they renovated and you just gotta pay 8 pesos/head to stay in the airconed part.
