Very Poor Service!The store manager itself cant handle even simple needs / assistance of your customers! What more will i expect to those supervisor within their store..Hoping that you could improve more, the cheapest your price, the poor service you have!

The branch we visited is inside the UP Town Center in Katipunan, Quezon City. There are variety of local and imported grocery items that you can buy. It is clean and spacious and has a lot of helpful staff, guards and cashier counters.

This is a copy of the following message you sent to Inquiry Form via Metro Retail StoresI am one of your loyal customers that has been inquiring in regard to credit card usage in Metro Department store Fairview Ayala Terraces branch. Last May 11,2019 I went to Fairview Ayala Terraces to pre celebrate Mothers Day with my 65 yr old mom, my 10 year old daughter and my husband.I wanted to buy her a gift since She is also celebrating her birthday. After a couple of hours,we enjoyed shopping inside the Metro Department Store,not only because of the cheaper price but also with courteous staff. Until we are about to make a payment for our purchases.My husband will pay using his credit card without signature at the back but presented 2 valid/government IDs. Your cashier mentioned that He needs to sign at the back.I told her that we have experienced fraud before,reason why we dont sign the credit cards we have.This has been our practice to whichever establishment we made a sale with. As long as we have valid/government IDs.I politely asked for a supervisor,a certain Maria JaneCondez employee #20219204 explained that they were instructed not to process payment using credit card without signature even if with Valid IDs.Not to mention of her almost yelling voice,She dropped her ID in vexation when I asked her name.This is very unacceptable customer service experience.My frustrations even triggered by your FB messenger page. I have been following this up but I only get automated response. Also the link you have for your inquiry is balderdash.Almost three weeks of trying to get a real person to reply and address my concern but to no avail.Your company is very successful one, because of your customers like us. I hope you value your customer every time especially in inscribing our concern.I also have coordinated with the bank that your supervisor specifically mentioned during the time we went to your store. Kindly see attached.I hope your people and your partner bank will be aligned to your payment process.We really had a terrible experience that day.I only wanted to provide something for my mother and make her happy but this is what we get from your store.I also hope that proper sanctions will be done to your supervisor.I understand that She is only after the security of your company but also have to consider how She treats your customer.I will be waiting for the response in line with this matter.I have screenshots of your not really helpful at all FB messenger and link for inquire, wishing for a better and improved toolsCheers,
