We always pass by this place when we roam around rustans, but we already judged it since their meals are a bit pricy. After my doctors appointment, this is tge closes we can go to so we felt we didnt have a choice but to eat here. We started with fresh spring rolls and super salmon maki and my mouth was already satisfied. But when the rest of the food came in, I lost my diet! The grilled salmon is to die for and tastes soooo good and so are the rest of the food! Before we end our wonderful experience, we got curious of the very pricy suman sa lihiya but when you taste it, the rice malagkit melts in your mouth and the sauce was the right amount of sweetness and saltiness. It is super worth it! Must try!6 months after:We tried it again andthe usual is still the same - delish but the tuna salpicao is not fresh, hakaw is old and the appetizersamper is too expensive for its contents. Will probably rate itas 4 star this time.
Definitely the most disappointing dinning experience Ive ever had. Ordered hainanese chicken which felt like it was pulled from their grocery store freezer. Price cost as much as one whole andoks chicken but ANDOKS is 10x better than this. Also, IT IS HAINANESE CHICKEN. Its NOT supposed to taste like Andoks! Hakaw tastes like it was a pre-processed food, again from the grocery. We ordered other foods but all are the same. Bland, dry and feels like it spends its ENTIRE DEAD LIFE on a FREEZER. Btw, this is supposed to be a Fine Dining experience complete with overly pricey foods.Everyone who thinks their food was great should try King Chef or Lugang or ANY RESTAURANT along Ongpin St.. OR EVEN Tokyo Tokyo and Chowking!
