I was questioned regarding my PWD certificate. They were specifically looking for my ID and booklet which I cannot provide until now since the local government unit I am registered at as a PWD still hasnt provided newly registered PWDs with ID and booklet. I told them that reason but they keep on insisting that I should be able to present that the next time. Sila pa nagdemand na I should coordinate with my LGU eh ang tagal tagal ko na tinatanong yun pero hanggang ngayon, wala pa rin daw. I told them na since big corporation naman sila, sila na mag coordinate sa LGU.Recently, bumalik ako para magpagawa ng laptop sa digiworld, then did a short grocery run, hindi naman na ako tinanong kung bakit naka certificate pa rin ako.i guess nakadepende yun sa manager na nag-aassist to give the code para mag proceed sa discount. I was offended at first na hindi ni-honor yung certificate ko.

Cashiers&baggers were polite and helpful. Very convenient to shop and before they always have freebies that is very useful in the kitchen for every purchase of fresh fruits or fresh meats or 100ph rebates, now its different but still i love to shop in here.

Place is very detailed when it comes to daily needs, most of your needs, you can find inside of it. Nevertheless, its a very commendable.

Pretty much the same as with most of the big supermarkets in the metro. Whats a little disappointing is that they dont have those small carts that you can use for the baskets. You have to carry the basket which is a little inconvenient.

I dont usually buy groceries at Robinsons it unless its my last resort - the prices higher than competitors and they dont have the brands I want most of the time. Though this branch looks a bit better now owing to the renovation of Galleria.

Everything that I needed is here!!! And plus points with Getgo card. Quite expensive compared with other supermarkets, but the pointing system is really good. Rebates and everything as well.

They sell imported beers past the expiration date. See attached photos for proof. It says Oct19 2018 and its now April 2019. I got this brand because its one the brands Ive had in Canada.I am too inconvenienced to go back for a return of purchase and Im sure theyll make you go through all the hassles before granting a refund. This is the Philippines. ill just drink it.

Accessible for me since I work in Ortigas. This grocery is very organized. Its easy to find what youre looking for (if available ). Cashiers are slow though, but theyre very courteous.

One of the supermarket that I always shop on a weekly basis. Not so much crowd and a convenient place to grab a cab compared to nearby establishments. It is also a convenient place to take public transport.

Lots of selections. And the prices are just right. Staff is welcoming and accommodating. Oh, good ambience too, not that crowded and noisy.

Robinsons very poor in comfort services. There was even no toilet near the government offices (DFA) where a lot of people obviously need it.

The cashier on Counter 3 was very slow as she was attending to a buyers requests on how to pack her groceries with a lot of chit-chatting regarding some grocery discounts. Both the cashier and the buyer werent conscious of others who are in line. I had to transfer to the next cashier (Counter 4) but just the same, the cashier was slow that I had to transfer again to the wine section cashier to pay for my items - just a kilo of catfood + a pack of facial tissue. It took me 30mins to finally pay for those.

Good mall in ADB Avenue

The location is really outstanding...lots of shops inside...but the most disgusting about this mall is their smelly rest rooms....the urinals dont use water at all...the maintenance crew simply spray some kind of deodorant to quell the smell....this doesnt work at all!!..the odor inside and around the rest rooms/ comfort rooms is really deadly disgusting!

We ordered ground meat several times using Honestbee, but sometimes the meat is mixed with something else, for example, a very small piece of broken hard plastic material the color is green which happened several times, and so on. Thank God I always saw it before cooking, but others that are not visible to the human eye or that is not obvious, sad to say we maybe have consumed it. We are very disappointed. Anyway, we hope other products are not like that as we continue buying to this supermarket using Honestbee.
