Super bait ng mga staff

Salamat sa cr nyo. At sa pagpapasilung sakin ng unuulan kahit di nyo alam.

Low customer service. Hindi consistent mga staff. Yung mga service advisors nila hindi marunong mageducate lalo na sa mga first time drivers.

Came on a Saturday for a change oil, so I expected a long queue. But a 3 hour wait, just for a service quote is too much! Wala pa diyan Yung actual time para magawa Yung car. There were 4 counters for service advisor pero 2 lang tung tao. Sunod tigil trabaho pa sila dahil may lunch break ng 12-1. Please fix your staffing, lalo na pag Saturday when you know na madaming trabaho.
