This restaurant has good food, but on our last visit many of the items were unavailable, but they did not tell us until after we ordered. No buns was a big one, no salad and no apologies for the extremely limited options. Some items they could have run to the local store to ensure they have better options for their customers. The servers could do a lot better by being aware of the menu and expressing sincere apologies for not living up to expectations. I pray either owners or management or both make the necessary changes to keep us customers enjoying the great food they have to offer.

Good, delicious ribs and iced tea. Good service, reasonable price. Parking was a challenge as there is an ongoing road repair.

RUB is one of me & husbands favorite ribs place. I love how flavorful their ribs are. Although, the buffalo wings are okay but not as awesome as the ribs. Customer service here is great too.

Rub had been a go- to place for meat cravings and generous sidings. My latest visit was not an occasion to rave about, the meat from a rack of ribs was a bit dry or maybe overcooked. The sidings were still generous hence the 3 stars

Good ribs, reasonable price and portions - PATHETIC service. One person was watching the basketball game, one was working on the computer, and one was between the kitchen and waiting tables. Our ribs came before our ribs

You get a plate of delicious ribs at just around 250. You dont get to have ribs at that kind of rate. So its really affordable.

Its an inexpensive place for a quick smoked meal. I like they pork belly and ribs. Parking can be a problem and the location of the toilet is annoying as you have to walk outside just to access it.

Dry ribs, bad customer service, fries tasted rancid oil even after calling the manager. Servers and managers doesnt have name plates.No wonder they have less customers nowadays.

There was some mixup with the order so the result was it took our order of food much longer but besides that, the food was still good so inspite of the boo boo ill still be coming back with my family to eat here.
