Last week it was great experience with a good quality of food and service. That’s why I decided to bring my friends and parents tonight at 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, the attendant named Helen and Joanne are rude and they are lack of trainings in customer service which requires immediate attention and improvement. also they took order for fresh kiwi shake and I was surprise then they were saying the only available is juice, I’m disappointed in the quality of the drink being served, the price is not reasonable and there is inconsistency which really bad experience. I hope that the management will address our concerns so that it would not happen again to other customer.

Great place, nice ambience. Loved the food specially their Clubhouse Sandwich!

Our order was abandoned for long time while the other customers settled their payment to left the restaurant, ours was not severed until we followup. Why us?When served, the food was already cold.The reputation of UCC, the Japanese brand, is not so convincing when managed by Filipino??? (I guess...)If its managed by Japanese then...

The usual UCC menu (I love their signature blend). The only issues I have are theres only 1 working socket, so if you need some juice for your laptop, you better be early, and it can get waaay noisy since its a common venue for business meetings. Free but limited parking in the basement.

Amazing food especially the spaghetti meatballs.

This place has some of the best coffee in manila. It is generally consistent across branches. Service is sometimes spotty when they change or rotate staff but it regularizes and services is good again. But had the chicken katsu curry and it was slightly burned and a lot less meat than usual. But the curry was good as always.

My fave dining place near my home. Good food (they serve Japanese and American), in love with their Tiramisu cake and brewed milk tea, perfect time to dine is in the afternoon bc of their outstanding choices of afternoon snacks (sandwiches, cakes, pasta, etc). Friendly staff and excellent service. Branch along Temple Drive is open til 12-1am, parking is no hassle. They have basement parking and a side street parking at night. Convenient dining place for family dinner, business meetings, solo or group study (they have umbrella tables outside too). Price is affordable.

Poor service. Slooooow service. Long waiting time. Been told 15 to 20mins so i ordered the quick fixes but ended up getting it for 45mins. Had to take away everything

A coffee shop with a good selection of brunch items. Espresso was a bit weak for my taste but overall a very good experience. May return to try out the sweets selection.

Overall experience was good as servers were friendly. However...my daughters veggie quesadilla had way too much garlic! Service was also quite slow. What you see i took out from just half the quesadilla.

Modern fusion of Japanese and modern cuisine. Pasta dishes are very filling. Coffee is good here. Desserts are filling and not too sweet.

Food took a while to be prepared, around 30mins or so. Food quality was good but not great for the price point, would definitely come back for more!
