Idk if ganun talaga sila sa lahat ng customer, hindi kami pinapansin ng mga dumadaang staff nung nag aabang kami ng vacant table. pero nung may group of adults at isang family na dumating, inentertain agad nila. naupo na lang kami agad sa isang table na malapit pagkaalis ng isang group. nagsabi ako sa waiter kung pwede pakilinis ng table and pahiram ng menu, ok daw pero di na siya bumalik. i had to ask again, this time different waiter pero nilinis naman niya agad. nung aalis na kami para magbill out, ang tagal din ibigay samin nung bill at kinailangan pa ifollow up three times. dalawa lang kaming magkasama, were adults but we dont look like one haha. normally, ok lang naman ako kapag matagal ang service kasi i always try to understand them pero it was really obvious na di nila kami priority just bc we looked like kids.

Shakeys thin crust pizza is a classic. Personal favorites are Fridays Special and Angus Steak. Their bundles that come with chicken & mojos, pasta, and a pitcher are perfect for any small intimate or large meal. Everything is better with the perks of having a Shakeys card, but the catch is its only valid for a year.

Truly, one of the best places to hung out with family and friends. There are arcade games located at the corner if you want something more than your dining experience. Waiting staff was also very good.

Very poor customer service!! they promised 25 minutes but the food arrived later than that. Frontliners and even managers are not approachable and never saw them smile. Lot of uncleaned tables.

A large and spacious Shakeys with a fun zone for kids, a mini bar and a function room that can accommodate up to 100 guests.Service is also good and they have a number of crew members to attend to you. Perfect for family gatherings or lunch with officemates.

Old reliable. Shakeys Katipunan. Its been a long time. I remember eating here with my younger brother when he was just 5 years old; now hes 45 and Shakeys still shaking.

The biggest Shakeyes branch in the Philippines, it is open 24 hours. Good place to pull an all nighter. No free internet and plug for gadgets so be sure to pack a power bank or a laptop with long battery life. Food is good and reliable and they also serve beer in this establishment. Service is slow at times due to the high volume of customers.

Poor service in the branch on Katipunan avenue. We were the only patrons at the time and we had to ask the waiter twice dfor drinking glasses and water. Service staff were talking among themselves so it was hard to get their attention

Ordered a large and paid via food panda but were given a regular pizza instead.

Bad service but still the best pizza in the world. Its too bad they know it. Hence, they dont really care much about efficiency and customer service.

We ordered pizza worth Php 635 and they dont even put ice on our water while other customers have theirs. After we asked for a refill and we received nothing. The service is terrible, and i will never go back in this branch.

One of the original 24 hour joints in Loyola Heights, Shakeys continues to deliver great pizza in a well decorated, comfortable environment.They also have one of the biggest parking lot in the area unlike the other places along katipunan where parking is very hard to come by.

We attended a kids birthday celebration here last August 2018. The food was yum! Serving sizes (buffet) for that birthdays menu is just perfect and really delicious.The party place is just right for the guests which arrived although not very sure if all 80 persons will fit in. They may but it will be too crowded.But nonetheless, the food is great, the ambience is good, and the service are fantastic! The Host on that day knows his job well and he loves whats his doing.Parking is limitted though.Wonderful food and place!

The biggest Shakeys Ive been to so far. They have an arcade, although I didnt get the chance to view it. The place is very cozy. The service is great as well.

Big resto good for parties

If you visit this place at not peak hours, it can be large and cozy. Place is a bit large. But it can fill up as it is near Ateneo. CR clean and high tech.

Our go-to place for good food; pizza, salad, chicken...the works; weve moved residences several times, but always gravitate toward this branch for sentimental reasons. It reminds me of family most of all.

Theres a arcade inside to have even more fun. Affordable food prices with group packages to share.

Great place to watch the SEA Games

The food is great and all but Ill have to complain about the little arcade area. It wasnt cleaned well and some of the machines were broken. The staff was able to retrieve my tokens but it took some time.

Good place for a family, friend, and date out. The parking though is something to be mindful when rush hour and dinner time and sundays.

A big branch with Fun Zone and an alcohol bar. Good for families and groups. Not a fan of their spaghetti, but the pizzas, and of course, chicken and mojos are good.They also serve UCC coffee with a cookie on the side.

Relaxing place to hang out with the family. The thin crust pizzas ranks as one of the best. Chicken and mojos partner well with the pizzas. There is an arcade where kids can play. There are tv screens all around the restaurant that broadcasts basketball games. Although the place serves beer, the areaa are well-lit so the place maintains a family atmosphere. And after dining, you can walk to the neighboring Starbucks for coffee. Although parking is plenty, it still can get full.

Have always loved their thin crust. Glad its still on the menu after all these years.
