Walang kwenta yung service nila. Pumunta yung kasama namin dun to order in advance para kapag dating namin dun is hindi na matagalan sa paghintay ng foods. Pero halos isang oras na, wala pa din naseserve kahit isa.

Had a very poor service. We went there with my family wearing pambahay lang, they dont even approach us kami nalang lumapit para pumili ng table namin Kasi para silang walang nakitang tao. And while waiting they normally give a complimentary na water,but Wala talaga silang binigay halos sa isang week 3x kami kumakain doon pero parang nag iba service nila nung nagdamit pangbahay lang kmi hahaha. .judging the book by its cover Ang peg?! At take note ang mga waiter padabog na nilalagay sa lamisa ang mga inoorder namin .A very poor service!

Oorder sana kami ng halo halo. Nasa 3 groups including us ang customer that time around 5pm. Ang nangyare binigay samen na table kasama un isang family. Pinagsama kami sa isang table. Andaming available na tables naka reserve daw??? So sa katabing Max na lang kame kumain ng halo halo. First time sana namin kakaen sa Kuya J at dahil sa bad experience na yun hindi hindi na kami bibisita sa resto nyo. After nmin kumain sa max wla pa din tap sa kuya j

Masarap yung food medyo matagal lang ang servings pero understandable naman kasi made to order tsaka madaming tao.

April 12, 2017 before 8pm nag order kami 1 hr bago na served chapsuey lang at kanin lamig pa binigay. nag follow up kami iba nmin order sabi wala na daw. dami namin sinabi sa girl server nila yun pala hindi nya sinasulat yung lechon kawali at iba pa namin order. naghintay kami ng matagal sa wala. hindi sila accommodating bastos pa humingi ako ng baso at pitcher of water 3x ko sinabi bago ako binigyan pero binigyan ako ng maligamgam na tubig at basang baso na inabot lang padabog pa nung server at maalikabok pa yung plate na bingay sa amin. sa inis di kami nakakain nag bayad na lang kami umalis. #Nagutom, nag order, naghintay sa wala!!!

Relate ako sa mga nababasa ko ! Yesterday kumain kami ng parents ko dito .. umorder ako ng fresh lumpia , kre kare tyka desserts . Unang sinerved ang lumpia . Matagal tagal din bago na iserved ang kare kare after maiserved ang kare kare at matapos kami kumain. Matgal pa kami nagkwentuhan ng mom ko. Den humingi nko ng bill .. yung waiter naman na tinawag ko para sa bill nakisuyo muna ako ng 1 glass of water den bumalik xa ndi pa nia dala yung bill. Saka ko naalala na may desserts pkong order . Inabot na kmi ng mom ko ng lagpas 1hr , nakalimutan ko na ngang may desserts pa kami ehh . 1st time kong maexperienced ang ganto situation. Pakitrain ng ayos mga tao nyo! Tyka pagsabihan nyo na din na kapag may costumer kung nag kkwentuhan man mga waitress nyo at waiterr nyo wag mag tawanan ng wagas . Dinaig nyo pa palengke ehh .

The staff should be re-trained on how to properly serve costumers.Mayayabang mga staff dito sa SM San Lazaro branch.Naka tumpok sila parang mga langaw kahit ano kaway mo hindi ka nila nakikita or talaga ayaw ka nila tignan.Also try upgrading your serving.Yung kare kare pang isang tao lang yan eh(not worth the price).JERICHO, ikaw ba owner nito???REPLACE YOUR STAFF OR LOOSE MORE COSTUMERS!!!!

I remembered when I visited this restaurant it was amazing all the food we ordered was great, I think that was lechon kawali so crispy and yummy then the halo2 was ssoooo especial and tasty. I love this makaPilipino taste.

One star for a slow service and inconvinience at FB harrison branch... it took 30minutes just to serve the dish kare kare well in fact it was the first dish that was ordered before the other dish....ang daming crew but its useless i guess... kung d pa tinakot na within 5 minutes d pa ma serve ung dish eh di babayaran and in an instant anjan agad... dapat pala takutin para bumilis service nio...kakawalang gana kumain...lets see on my 2nd visit... 99% dissat..

Extremely bad service. We placed our order at 2:15 pm, followed up our order at 3:05pm, and the servers couldnt tell us the time to deliver our order to our table. The worst part was, the party behind us, after we waited in line for 20 minutes, got their order first. The servers kept on dropping the plates. I think the servers needed training how to handle the dishes. The tables are not cleared right away for the customers and they let customers sit facing the dirty dishes from the last customer. We ordered chicken salad for appetizers, pork binagoongan, binagoongan friction rice and BBQ for main dish. Didnt get the chance to taste them all. We left very upset. Kuya J should not advertise on TV! Very misleading when it comes to customer service. And their wifi password doesnt work! What an experience! Kuya J in SM Rosales

Servings are enough for 1 Person only.It may not be enough for 1 Person with a Big Appetite.I went there for Merienda so I did NOT mind a small serving at the time.Their Adobong Pusit cost P270 (not sure if exact amount)but also just Small Serving for the Price.I think their Adobong Pusit came from Canned Adobong Pusit...Kuya J business is something I would expect from a Pinoy.

I started to dine in here at Kuya J last two weeks ago. March 26, 2016 at SM city Manila and i really find the place very cozy, comfortable and the ambiance is just so fine. The interior is not the typical design that you will see with any other restaurant. I always dine alone. The food served is freshly cooked and served hot. Also, a wide variety of pinoy cuisine is available. I always felt im home when dining at kuya J. This is my 2nd visit and was not dissapointed. I will definite be back here as soon as i can. :). Im happy to be here. Thanks Kuya J!Must try their Humbinagoongan rice, Monggo with gata, dinamitas, halo halo at kare kare.Not satisfied with the Cebuano Mango Cheesecake: the mango syrup is too sweet that i might sore my tonsil. The jar is not ideal with dessert coz i really had a hard time scooping the bed of crushed graham at the bottom. Maybe its better to serve in a small container. Just saying.
