Paprika chix skewer was such a disappointment. It was almost black, not intended I suppose, and greasy with mayonnaise which is another thing I didnt expect at all. Even the rice was not included in the meal which costed 40 php and the DAMAGE was?!397.59 php inclusive of 10% service fee for this rice, 2 skews of chicken and some vegetables which are suspected to be prepared in advance.I shouldve not come in here when there was no customer at all in the first place.Well, better late than never and never again.Staff were friendly and wifi was working, which earned 1 star from me.

If you need function rooms for corporate meetings this place can accomodate your needs. Only set back is the rush hour traffic along quezon avenue and parking spaces. Need also to update their menu. But very accomodating staff.

Hi, this is my experience just a moment ago at dolce latte megamall.. THE WORST! ive been to this store for before and the coffee, food & service is good. But today it was the worst, firstly we ordered a dolce de leche ensaymada, it came to us warmed without them even asking us if we wanted it warmed when we asked the server if its realy like this he said it was there SOP but when we ordered before it wasnt served warmed he didnt even offer if we want it changed and we wnd up ordering the same food again specifically saying not to warm it, the first ensyamada turned to waste, then our lava cake arrived, to my surprise its not even molten inside which is disappointing because the server said it was your best seller. And i never heard of lava cake warmed freshly baked maybe but not warmed. They even treated us like transactions this doesnt mean that we choose not to wear anything glamorous today they will have a different service than other customers.. i deffinitely wont come back to this store how dissapointing.. is this how you serve your customers? And is this the best of your food no wonder you have lesser people than you used to before..
