Always count on TOSH for decent food with value for money. Recent menu revision was interesting. But my recent experience at the branch in Katipunan was marred by a discourteous and abnoxious security guard who seemed to want to discourage me from eating at the place. Attention management. This is not the kind of engagement you want for your restaurant.

Service was good however the food itself was bland... not at all what I remember eating at the old spaghetti house...
