My home whenever im in the metro, with homey and rustic vibe. Clean rooms and friendly staff! Rooms need a bit improvement though and soundproofing because the bustling street can be heard inside the rooms..limited parking space

Musical Galore every Friday with MARMALADE! Thats at the entrance lobby, at the rooftop is hummingbird - perfect for cozy drinking. I personally dont like the music at hummingbird, so the band at the resto is the way to go if theres a DJ at the roof

Accessible to Jeepneys and within walking distance towards Tomas Morato where there are a lot of restaurants. The place is very safe and along the highway, staff are friendly and accomodating as well as quiet to enjoy a good nightvs rest.

The place was obviously old and not well maintained.the smell of the room, is not friendly to my senses. I could have gotten a better place for the same amount.

Hope owner or management of this or other hotel will acknowledge of their guests of internet connection whether its for personal most important is for buss. Thier interior room must be upgraded and thier services and food must improved more. For a sleep for a. Night its good not for relaxing and comfortable for long stay
