Sillon is just a stones throw away from our office. It typically opens at 6:30AM, perfect for those really-early meetings or if you get tired of the usual Jollibee-McDonalds breakfast fare. Whenever Im at Silon, my go-to breakfast meal is the Adobo Flakes with Garlic Rice and Atsara. It is so good especially with their brewed Amadeo coffee which is usually grown in Cavite. Please do not get me wrong, Silon is more than your typical breakfast place as it is a Filipino culinary gem in the heart of Quezon City. I would highly recommend their Kate Kare, Calder era and Tuguegarao Longanisa. I look forward to trying more of their dishes as they will be rolling out new breakfast sets these coming weeks. Can I also share that their interiors are pleasantly cozy and is reminiscent of a Filipino old house. Meals start at 200 pesos. They have an ongoing promotion for frequent customers, ask your friendly service crew for details.

We always loved the triple chocolate champorado here. One of our favorites! Staff were friendly and helpful and manong guard as well. Perfect breakfast place if you want to hang out and chill.

We initially ordered Tuguegarao Longganisa and Tapa rice meals. The longganisa was burnt on the outside but raw on the inside while the rice tasted burnt and dry.We ended up cancelling our orders and not paying for our orders as offered by the manager.

Good food. But lately the service is not as it use to be. Better do something about the AIRCONDITIONING, ITS SUPER HOT INSIDE ESPECIALLY AT NOONTIME AND KITCHEN IS NOT ENCLOSED.

Very intimate setting with very kind and helpful waitstaff. Food was also excellent and well priced. Good for families with kids who prefer less crowded places. Will come back again.
