Great restaurant that showcases popular native dishes from across the country.From the looks of it, the place used to be a big house. This gives it a very homey atmosphere perfect for home cook meals. The place is big and parking is available, but it can get packed during peak hours (lunch time, dinner time) so getting a reservation is highly advised. The place also has rooms that may be exclusively used by large groups.They have a sauce bar where you can get various condiments but since the meals are also served with their specific sauce or condiment, I would suggest that one should go to the sauce bar only after the meals are served, in order to avoid the nice sauces and condiments from getting wasted.During our visit we ordered Okoy as appetizer. It is very good. Very crunchy and has a very shrimpy taste. The vinegar they serve with it is perfectly matched. It did its job as appetizer.For the main course we had the following: baby squid (cooked with ink adobo style), fried bangus (cooked daing style), sinigang na ulo (salmon head with belly cuts), Poqui (eggplant & other veggies cooked with egg, commonly known as torta in some places), inihaw na pusit, and plain rice. They are all cooked to perfection and i enjoyed every bite.For dessert I had guinumis, puto bungbong, and bibingka. They all taste authentic, specially the putobungbong that has its cooked near the street vibe which is perfect.Service is good, and all the crew, from the guard in the parking lot, the waiters, and the cashier, are all very friendly. I will definitely go back to this place to try the other items in their menu.

Serves Kalinga Blend Coffee. Can offer fresh milk or powdered creamer on the side. Excellent serving size and overall taste of Bulalo Tagaytay - highly recommended. Ube Halaya is so-so. Adobong Pusit tastes good but a single serve dish. Palitaw without the syrup is good too but they need to roast the sesame seeds a little for aroma. I gave 3 stars because the only viand I am very pleased with is their Bulalo Tagaytay for the flavorful broth and fresh ingredients.

전체적으로 짠 편인 요리가 많습니다.하지만 지역 맛집으로 알려진 곳이며 많은 사람들이 방문합니다.개인적으로 바나나 잎으로 싸서 뜨거운 숯불에 달군 계란 베이스의 쌀케익인 비빙카와 함께 보라색이 섞인 쌀가루?를 대나무에 넣어 숯불에 달군 마치 보라색 가래떡같은 푸토 붐봉이 별미로 맛있었습니다. 메인메뉴로는 꼴뚜기가 들어간 볶음요리는 먹을만 했으며, 큰 뼈가 들어간 탕은 한국의 곰탕 또는 갈비탕 맛과 비슷합니다.비빙카 및 푸토붐봉은 꼭 한번 드셔 보세요.주차장은 헬이지만, 어차피 마닐라는 동네 자체가 주차전쟁 지역 및 운전난폭지역임...외지인이 렌탈해서 운전하기 무섭습니다ㅡㅜ사고 안나는게 신기한 곳일 정도입니다.

A complete taste of Filipino foods

Their bibingka is a must try. The place has good ambiance and the place is not crowded. Just dont order the poqui-poqui; Though it is good, its too soft and mushy for my liking. The sinaing na tulingan is a little salty too. Will try other dishes soon.

I love the ambiance of this place, cozy and it feels home to be here. I love the foods, and I will definitely visit again.

The food was amazing, good serving and a respectful staff. The only thing that kept this from 5 star was the price. The price is very high so not everyone can afford this but for special occassions and under such circumstances, this is a very organized place designed with a lot of filipino art and delicious dishes
