Бронировали отель на Букинг. Очень понравился! Заявлено две звёзды, но думаю, что можно поставить твердую тройку. Безумно шикарное лобби, завтрак - шведский стол - отличный, все вкусно, удобная и просторная столовая. В отеле есть услуги стирки, мы ей воспользовались. Цена совсем смешная 90 песо за вес менее 3 кг вещей. Такое предлагается шведский массаж за 200 песо. А ещё можно заказать еду в номер. Цены ресторана отличные! Номер просторный, было все необходимое. Однако возникли некоторые неудобства с душем. Как обычно бывает в азиатских гостиницах, перегородка между душем и туалетом маленькая и поэтому вода заливала пол в ванной. Ещё случилась с нами странность - забронировали номер по одной цене (Около 1600 руб за ночь), а в отеле с нас взяли больше. Разница в 300-400 рублей. Сделали запрос, но нам пока ничего не объяснили.

I booked this hotel last December 2018 as my friend was about to get married nearby. I came in early so they advise to keep my bags and my gown that was in a hanger and wrapped in a clear plastic bag in their store room temporarily. Come check in time, one of the staff returned my bag and my gown all scrunched up as if it was a plastic of garbage. I was so furious. I made such effort to travel all the way from Quezon Province, not to ruin the dress? I won’t be coming back, nor I would not recommend it to others.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, especially for the price. Shower head was fantastic! Breakfast was fine. A few negatives - jacuzzi and sauna were not working (not sure if they have worked any time recently); noise from the hallway comes loudly into the room; the room door did not have a tight seal, so there was bright light coming into the room all night.

I thought the room could be cleaner. There was a number of long black hairs all over the floor. I dont like the way they do their housekeeping. I stayed a week and they dont come in to freshen the room or replace toiletries. Safe didnt work and was not bolted down. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a nice Filipino food selection. I have come to realize roaches are just a Philippine thing, but the one that crawled up through the drain provided entertainment chasing him down. With all that said, I feel the rating was accurate and I knew what I was getting myself in to and I would stay there again in the future.

Icon hotel in Timog Av wasclosed when I came to check in. Staff was very helpful including security guard , provided us with chairs and assisted us with parking. . Hotel Manager. Miss. Alcantara personally escorted us to another hotel If we like it. Agiainwith the help of Miss Alcantara , I checked in to mother Icon hotel in North EDSA

Only one elevator was in service the 4 days I was there. The breakfast buffet was excellent and kudos to Randy for his great service. The reception staff looked very professional and extremely helpful. Overall, the hotel staff was polite and helpful. The room I was in was clean and had a desk, chairs, and cabinets. The paint job was not appealing to me personally.

I had qualms on my booking because of the bad reviews I read about this hotel but our stay was quite a nice one. I had the de luxe room (Harry Potter) which was spacious but has no windows. We were able to use the pools which were just above the knee deep located at the 2nd floor. My only complain is the room service which took almost an hour (just a bucket of beer, had to make a follow-up call, also with the change. You need to pay exact amount so as not to wait for eternity for the change). The front desk ladies were nice, even the guards.

I was going to stay one night on Jan 222-23 but the hotel was closed due to fire. I sent emails to Hotels.com to ask for the way for imbursement but they havent been responding my emails. Now I am back to my country but I feel angry about the attitudeof hotels.com

I was looking for a hotel located strategically atiound restaurants and bar. Then I saw this hotel on line with a very reasonable price so I took it. Although I was worried with the rooms might not be clean enough. To my surprise the Room was OK but the towels need upgrading. The facilities like the pool and jacuzzi needs constant attention as the water starts to smell like mold. The rest of my stay such as their free breakfast buffet Made my day complete with lots of choices.The one thing that the hotel can be proud of iare their employees who are very courteous, serves with smile and always willing to give a hand. Hats off to the front desk too!Overall I enjoyed my stay and I shall come back to this hotel on my next visit to Timog.

The hotel is good value for money if you are looking for a budget accommodation. The plus point is the buffet breakfast in that price. The negative is that the the depth of the swimming pool is very very little and you cant even call it a swimming pool. Otherwise not much to complain for the price you are paying

직원분들이 너무 친절합니다.조식 종류도 다양하구요.하지만 샤워할 때 꼭 환풍구에서 물벼락 맞는 느낌입니다. 화장실 샤워시설이 불편해요. 물이 약간 찹니다. 아침에 샤워하면 감기걸릴듯 합니다.

Wir haben Feuer in diesem Hotel erlebt! Es gibts auch nur negative zu erzählen. Ins gesamt werde ich diese Icon Hotel in Manila oder Quezon City nicht empfehlen!!

One of my colleagues had her debut celebration in one of the function rooms. It was my first time in the hotel and nothing surprised me. A small difficulty in the function room was the low ceiling height.

The idea of iconic people for room names was perfect. But the hallways are so humid, cant seem to breath. No cups or glasses atleast available in the room to use.

Ive to this hotel for the third time, my first stay wqs not good, poor services. 2nd n 3rd hotel services has improved.

Located in Timog Avenue corner Tomas Morato Avenue, this hotel is just simple outside. But once we stepped inside we were greeted immediately by all the staff present in the lobby at that time. FYI, we were informed that check in time is 2PM (we arrived 12:40PM). I told the receptionist that in Agoda its 1PM. She said we can check in when room is ready even before 2PM. We were able to check in before 1PM. Great! Once we stepped inside Charlie Chaplin Suite room, my hubby was amazed. He started taking photos of everything. But I think he really liked the shower lol. He always says maganda shower, malakas tubig, bilis init hahaha. And I agree with him. Buffet breakfast is very good. For our simple taste buds, everything is perfect. The restaurants Interior design looks really nice...simple yet classy. But above all, what really impressed me are the staffs,. They never fail to greet us everytime they see us. Really customer service at its best. Will be back for sure.

If you are looking for an affordable hotel that sits within the heart of the city, then this is one of the options you can consider. It is within the city district near restaurants and bar. Staff are also friendly. Breakfast was mediocre but is suited for the Filipino toungue.

Since I stayed there last time in April, the hotel does not seem to be as good. There is no choice of the breakfast. There are holes in the towels. The internet is changed and is terrible. It is almost impossible just to load a website. I am disappointed and hope that they take note of the problems and do what they can to fix them.

So steam sauna, also common area.Tub pool is not clean. No window room, I cant recognized at morning.They missleaded for sauna. They said steam sauna there is, but no steam.
