Very poor.Just dont book in this hotel, and NOTE!!!!, do not bring take outs or else you will pay 200 pesos( wag nyo ipakita) . Fast food na nga kakainan mo,hihingi pa sila ng 200 pesos dahil mag aakyat ka ng pagkain sa room mo. Poor ka na nga, kokotongan ka pa, worst pa yung experience. So, better find another hotel.may masusungit suplada na staff, may mga mababait din.

Affordable,airconditioned at malinis

I Thought that the place is not good but our stay was great and wonderful. We are able to have early check in once theres an available room even if we have to pay extra. We moved to our designated room later on that day. The staff are friendly and the rooms are great. Cleanliness wise. I just cant open the windows in our room since maybe because for our security purpose. Its good that I cant hear any noise from the outside. Everything is perfect the food during breakfast is superb I like danggit. Overall staying here was a good experience see you DreamWorld in my next vacation

Hello Dream World Cubao family! I felt at home when I stayed and they treated me like I am a very important client. Jhen gave me her biggest smile when she greet me on the lobby and gping out and I like that! I love the cleanliness of my room and when I requested something over phone they responded immediately. The beddings are very clean and smells good to sleep on. Sonny always gives me what I am lacking on my room and made sire it is clean all the time. The food is also excellent, like - is this a hotel or a restaurant? I am confused a lot of foods hahaha! I asked Jeff while he serves me my food why tjeir food is really delicious, he just answered they cooked it with love. And the toilet is amazing new shower and nice bathtub It is clean and you can stay there for hours to take a bath and just relax. I will tell my friends and family about my experiwnce herw in Dream World and will recommend this as their go-to hotel. Congrats! God bless!

Your food is the best specially Sinigang and Pinakbet very Authentic. You have a very great crew and Management the Handsome manager gave me bottle water in the lobby . They all smile at me and greet me when they see me. They provide me all the things I need while smiling and always cheerful. Also, the room is very relaxing and clean. I really love clean rooms that is why I always choose Dream World for my staycation in Manila, The best unique Hotel in metro.

Nice hotel very Affordable with very accomodating staff

I love the room Lalo na Yung color and ambiance Malamig Ang aircon malinis Ang cr at perfect and window especially pag rainy days ️ Room 305. at responsive ng mga room attendant especially sa request ko, since 2016 dito na talaga ako nag check in at even my family in Bulacan dito din nag check-in, I love the energy of front office especially pag dadating kme, I love the food especially sinigang and Pinakbet very Authentic, I hope Hindi magbago Ang service pag bumalik kame thank you Hotel DreamWorld for being nice and free welcome drink courtesy of Marlon dahil late check in kame. Nice to back here at Hotel DreamWorld formerly Eurotel, Everytime na uuwi kame ng asawa ko dito kame lagi unlike Euro edsa maingay at hassle for us to stay, akala ko magbabago service nila pero still ganun pa din may mga new employees may mga dati na din andoon pa din aron, Arnold and especially Marlon na kumakausap sa asawa kong American citizen na laging galit at kinukulit Ang front desk I like the scent of my room ( 402) Boodle fight is superb! I had an unfortunate experience in the hotel but Marlon, the manager was able to handle it well. Thanks for going the extra mile to provide good customer service. I appreciate it well.

Accommodating, helpful and efficient staff. Yummy food and choices are great. The room is clean and cozy. The location is superb! Worth the price. Would definitely come back to this hotel! Thumbs up DreamWorld!

We have to check out the very next day and not used the next day that we’re supposed to be in the hotel. Terrible terrible . Good people though just the property hotel . I took some pictures showing the flooded bathroom. Did not like it at all . Worst hotel I have stayed .

The room was so dark. When I use my phone flashlight I saw dusts and lots of hair in the table and floor.There is no available garbage bin. Towels are too old and already off-white. Constructions and garbage all over the hallways. I have to request for a new room but it’s exactly the same. I’m not booking this hotel anymore.

Having stayed here three times recently I find it generally not well cleaned, hair of previous customer under mattress, floor not mopped properly, usually some lights not working or missing and locks on doors a problem. TV reception very poor. I try another hotel in future.

Towels had a slight smell, otherwise everything was good.I lacked the opportunity to boil water to make coffee or tea, but thats a minor thing.Thanks to the staff for their way of treating us as guests, very welcoming.

Many disappointed, 5 times transfer my room , so many terrible experience in the room specially in Premium room.After weeks stay transfer again so last tranfer , was good.

Cheap price and hotel amenities are good

The pictures certainly lie. or these must be old.stains on the ceiling, there is no buffet breakfast as they claim, but supposedly they bring food to your room in the morning. The shower knob wouldnt stay on, kept falling off. Probably was a nice hotel about 20 years ago, but certainly needs to be fixed up a little. Its a good place to stay if you need to go to the bus terminals the next morning early.

The toilet was clogged. :( there was no enough amenities and the order arrives late.

Room safe out of order, breakfast is not Buffer delivered to room

Eine philippinische Besonderheit, eher wie ein Stundenhotel. Um mit seinem Partner intim werden zu können ohne das es die Eltern mitbekommen. Die großen Zimmer sind okay, aber viele kleine, ohne Fenster, mit laut dröhnender Klimaanlage sind eher nicht zu empfehlen, für europäischen Standard.

This hotel was just fine not to expect too much.. just like other hotel that were fine outside but so so inside.

Convenient place when you have business purpose in araneta center

There was a sound of water dripping fro. The side of the AC which is too loud. The lock of the door malfunctioned and led us to use a spare key. The shower is not working properly. Some of the lights are also busted.

Its Good and its feels always exciting

The place looks nice outside but inside the facilities are really old

Poor service, poor accomodation,dirty room and restroom etc.

Breakfast is not buffet as it was stated. Manager is a little bit accomodating because i ask for an extension for an hour more before check out.

Dirty rooms. Smelly hallway. Murky, rough towels. Falling apart cabinet doors.

Room we went to was clean.the aircon was not that cold

I can say that this place should be a 5 star hotel
