Very Nice small hotel. Excellent staff smooth checkin and checkout. Parking garage was self serve however it required security to check you in. They gave you personal attention and parking stalls were adequately spaced. Hotel was very clean quiet and comfortable. It had kitchenette if you wanted to make brewed coffee as I like to do. Would recommend, based on location cost amenities and service. Only issue was the pool was not used due to the plandemic.

They wrte wonderful to allow us to check in early and it was most appreciated. The location is very convenient. There are several moderately priced restaurants around the corner and a Korean restaurant on site with a pizza place next door. Breakfast was xheap with several options. Good coffee. Remember to turn on the water heater for the shower. Pics from website are actual not photoshopped.

We enjoyed our stay last Dec 31,2018. We wanted to see the fireworks display at Quezon City Memorial Circle bec. the hotel is just nearby. I noticed that they dont give water pitcher, just 2 or 3 small water bottles, complimentary only .I have to buy water outside. Also, the extra bed is not that big.But they gave us free peanuts with container and red wine upon entrance if one of the members will agree to post for a picture. The staff are friendly and accommodating.The rate is reasonable.

Very comfortable, clean, and any small issues we had (tea kettle died) were immediately taken care of by maintenance or the desk staff. Maintenance / housekeeping staff were friendly, cheerful, even when meeting them on the way to a nearby grocery store in the street.

Thumbs down for customer service. We’ve booked a room here and invited guests over. Front desks staffs kept calling us saying that it is time for our guests to go, we have received 3 calls in total during that night. Very annoying and disturbing.

Nice and clean place friendly staff and cleaning crew, but they only change towels and beddings every other day.

Very accommodating staff. Lots of restaurants nearby. 2 min walk away from a supermarket.
