Got an updo hairstyle completely different from what i wanted, their hair tools and skills are very outdated (no barrel curlers only flat iron curlers, no modern techniques in hair styling, limited hairstyling skills), it’s like coming back to a salon in the year 2000. Also, all of the brushes they use have accumulated at least 1-2cm of hair stuck and “lived” on the brushes from all the previous clients, i still can’t believe they used that on my hair.
