Never again to any branch of bench fix! I already had a bad haircut at a different branch, but i still gave fairview terraces branch the benefit of the doubt, so i tried it. Worst decision ever! Shampoo was done poorly, haircut was done poorly!! My hair looks chopped. Medyo inexpect ko na na hindi magiging maganda ang kalalabasan kasi nagmamadali yung haircutter mag gupit. No care at all!! Masasayang lang 350 pesos niyo dito

Got my hair trimmed and color. Staff accomodating giving 5 stars to this branch. Forgot to ask the name of the stylist and the jr. Stylist who colored my hair. Thank you.

Hair cutters/stylists are friendly and well-trained.

I used to come here frequently to get a haircut. One day I came here for a haircut. While the barber was trimming my hair, she was talking to one the staffs and complaining that she prefers to work in Makati as the tips there are higher compare to FT. Obviously she was really annoyed at that time so the result of her service was really poor. I left the salon and was really disappointed.
