24 March, 7 pm Australia time- I ordered food online to be delivered to my brother in Fairview. I am in Australia when I ordered. My brother did not receive the food- due to the time difference between Australia and Philippines. I rang Maxs in Regalado to seek assistance. The manager (Jon Monterde- apology if I misspelled your name) was very helpful and respectful and tried all his best to help me. You are one true leader with excellent people skills.On the 25 March, Wednesday- I ordered again-The person I spoke on Wednesday (25 March) around 1.45 pm (Phil time) gave me another positive experience- very respectful and polite and very helpful too with my query. Hats off to the crew of this restaurant. You have an excellent team. I honestly salute you all.

Not happy with the fresh lumpia i ordered for take out a while ago it was fresh from the ref because as soon as i arrived home i was excited to have a taste of my favourite lumpia only to find out that it wasnt fresh lumpia but cold lumpia. Really frustrating.
