This is the sketch made by Architect Juan Arellano for the Government Center in the late 1940s after proclaiming Quezon City as the Capital City. In the early 1940s master plan made by Arellano, this place was suppose to be the Philippine Military Academy until it was created as the Batasang Pambansa Complex by Architect Felipe Mendoza in 1978 during the Marcos Period. It was now currently the office of the House of the Representatives.
