Mababait mga guard and malinis lahat ng amenities. Well maintained ang building and elevators.

Well, maganda yung lugar malapit sa mall so kung may kailangan kang bilhin hindi hassle and also yung reception area nila is maganda pero pagdating dun sa hallway papuntang room medyo iba yung dating haha.

May bayad ang open parking hahaha

Location is good. Pero laging sira elevator. Mga 30mins+ bago ka makababa/akyat. Me mga araw na 2 elevs(out of 5) lang gagana. Siksikan sa elev tapos walang fan.

Restroom on Savemore doesnt have running water

Did an airbnb here before on mezza2. The usual same desin by smdc. Lobby is very nice too. Plus there are some nice eats here like ersao, burger king, tamen kurod, and macau imperial etc

Its a nice place but the frequent plumbing problem is my main gripe in living here.

All you need just a few steps away.

The pool area is pretty nice, rooms are a bit small (but enough for maybe two or three persons). Lobby is pretty sassy, but hallways look kinda creepy. Staying here is actually advantageous for students or employees whose got average standards since its got SM Savemore and fastfood stores on the ground floor (Starbucks, Burger King, Army Navy etc), and even a bank (BDO if Im not mistaken). Area is also near SM Sta. Mesa, transpo is easy to get to, LRT2 line is just a couple of blocks away.

Celebrated my bestfriends birthday here and it was really fantastic. The penthouse that we stayed in is really spacious as it has 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was really spacious as well however, men are not allowed to wear their sandos while swimming. The receptionists are really attentive and courteous so as the guards. The place feels safe as there are a lot CCTVs and security personells. The best of all is that this condominiums is near everything. SM Sta Mesa is just across the building and there is a savemore supermarket at the ground floor.

My go to mall whenI was studying to be a doctor. Back then it was full of cheap stuff and fast food place. Now .... nothing changed though the food court kooks different with a more homegenized offering and the free parking is gone. Good to visit and reminiece, if you are in the area and need a quick meal and you don`t want to hunt for something interesting with a parking lot. But otherwise it is an SM mall, it`s northing more or less than that. Let me put it this way.... if I have to plan, the sey aside a day, get in the car and drive, I won`t.
