Room 2809 is full of roaches. AC is not functioning properly. Toilet is dirty AF. Not well maintained

Small and compact. Very clean. Only disadvantage is the waiting time for the lifts even though there are four of them. Next to Gilmore Station so public transportation is convenient.

Have nice apartment, but be careful of the rental agents, and be sure your rental contract with the admin office.

Super Service am Empfang, der nette Herr hat sich sehr gut um und gekümmert.Die Wohnungen sind okay.Das Penthouse war schön anzusehen aber leider wird es nicht genutzt.Der extra Eintritt für den Pool war schon fast unverschämt.Die Lage ist stört mit der Straßenbahn vor der Tür.

U can book this condo unit for short days just like hotel. this condo is fully furnished so u can even cook and wash plates. if u dont like to cook , u can order pinoy foods to room. wifi is available only room bcoz every unit has different owner. but some rooms are operated for rental by some management. room cleaning is upon request with fare 300p.location is good. just next door of Gilmore station. robinson mall is around 10 minutes walking distance. ah..management will ask u to pay 250p per day for car parking if u bring ur car.no smoking inside same as other hotels but there is no designated smoking area here. u had better stop smoking while u stay here. swiming pool is on 7th floor and it needs also additional payment 150p on Mon to Fri, 300p on weekends or holidays.

La réservation a été annulée sans quon sache pourquoi. Quelquun sest débrouillé pour nous trouver un autre studio à 1800 pesos : pas de wifi ( pas de bol ou bien? ) Pas deau dans la salle de bain, le studio avait des cafards partout. On sest vite fait rembourser.
