Worst chatime service staff! They smile and parang utang na loob mo pa bumili sa kanila. Ang bibigat ng katawan gumalaw. In several instances nagrerequest kami ng restart ng wifi kasi hindi maconnect sa router/wifi nila ang sagot nila down ang server or malakas po kasi ulan. Ano kinalaman ng ulan sa pagconnect sa local wifi device? bobo lang talaga. And server? kelan pa kinailangan ng server sa store para sa wifi e PLDT wifi lang din gamit nila. When asked if nirestart na ung wifi ang sagot nila oo pero I know na di nila ginagawa kasi hindi nagrerefresh ung connection. This team really needs to be replaced masyado sya hari harian sa store

I’m a very patient woman and when I say patient eh patient talaga. This branch is the worst for me. I ordered 2 only...just two and nauna pa nila ibigay yung order nung mga sumunod saken.. hindi ko alam bakit pero lakas lang makabad trip. Ang pinagkaiba lang naman nung order ko sa sumunod saken is fruit tea yung isang order ko and yung isa eh milk tea.. I waited for 25 minutes and ni apology eh wala. Actually that incident was not the first time, it happens everytime I visit this branch. I always had to waste 25-35 minutes before I can get my order regardless if it’s just a mere milk tea or something to munch on. Wala naman tao minsan pero ang tagal pa din. Iba.. ibang klase talaga..

Chatime is my favorite specially the Oolong Tea, the ambiance is very nice there is a lot of table vacant, but the cashier there it’s not nice, i was ask her my due she said ___ but she didn’t give my receipt, I know my change it was wrong I was ask her twice and she said 405, I just thinking that she need my receipt for our orders. After all the food was served I ask her my receipt and she just said wait, I will do it again and print, because our machine is “ngloloko” , how come na damage I saw my receipt awhile ago and she took immediately, I thought she will hand to me.......oh....bad....after our meal done no receipt given because she knows that the change is wrong, I can not complaint because of no receipt at all.

Decreasing the sugar level to 50% still makes for a tasty milk tea.

Big branch. Even if it is along the Eton Centris walk restaurant row, it still has its own cr inside which is a plus. Nice place to relax and enjoy milktea and snacks like chicken sandwich.

So far my experience was good. The store had a lot of customers during our visit so I anticipated the delay. We went there as a team, and the table available lacked a chair or two. One of the crew noticed it and got a chair so all of us can sit. Well I hope the next I visit this store I wont revoke this review.

Favorite drink: chocolate mousse, half sugar, less ice with pearl and coconut jelly. Dont forget to try their chicken sandwhich or whatever its named

The service was a bit slow but the staff are friendly and helpful. I have no concerns with the drinks. I love the squidballs!

Aside from being a comfortable place to chill, they allow outside food to be taken inside. It also has WiFi.

Love staying here whenever I am at Centris Walk. The place is spacious enough, but a lot of people usually come in so it is often packed with people. They have sockets where you can plug in devices, which is really nice for studying/working.

They prioritize the online order. Mabagal sila. It takes 1 hour to serve.

One of the most consistent milk tea brand. Place is ok but a bit hot when its full.

No smiles from the staff maybe they are all tired and underpaid. Even a fake smile would have been acceptable at least it shows they are trying.

No aircon, place is hot. It is also bad in customer service!The barista (Jamm) is so arrogant. Definitely ruined our experience.

Closes early than the published store hours. Unprofessional.
