Malapit sa lugar ko.. actually walking distance nga lang siya.. maganda yung place and they always observe health protocols..

Gandang tambayan ng milk tea shop nila (Lucky Dragon) and ang sarap ng milk tea u must try!!!

Its a great mall. malapit sa bahay nmin at ok ung kanilang paradahan at hindi hustle sa traffic kc nasa bungad lng pa gen. t

Clean and comfortable place to ahop with.

Ample parking space. What I love with this mall is their Novo-like store (I forgot the name of the store, I think E-Home). There are also places for kids to enjoy playing (Toms World) and there is even a cinema at its 4th level. A nice small mall. =)There is also a Savemore inside. Some fastfood and restaurants that I saw there when we visited was Jollibee, Chowking, and Giligans. I love that there is a Handyman, Daiso, and E-Home there.How to get there? Take a jeep at the Karuhatan jeepney terminal (Karuhatan - Ugong route) and just pay 8 pesos. You will not miss One Mall because usually, there are some persons that alight there. This mall is located at Gen. T De Leon, Valenzuela City.

Stores inside provide mostly what a consumer needs but there are still vacant store space that is still not rented that makes the mall look boring thats why 4 stars only.

I love that placed for can easily buy what u need and not crowd place.atm machines,fastfoods,shoppings and nice place to hang around!!!love it!!

Pros: SM Hypermart, Jollibee and Chowking at the 2nd floor. There are a lot of mobile phone kiosks at the 3rd floor, good option if you are looking for a new phone. Basement parking is always available and also free. Cinema is good. Restrooms are generally clean. The Sky garden gives you a nice view of NLEx, but thats all. Cons: Limited shop options. Food court at the ground floor does not even have tenants.

Nice movie house, just too small though...

They just followed the health protocols maybe that is why there are only few people inside the mall.

The building is good. But its too plain.
