20 minutes for cold breakfast when only 2 other customers, then took 5 minutes to open the till to get my refund. Useless staff.

I have so many experience in this place when i was a little kid and until now

SUNDAE was served melted! So this is what you called coffee frappe instead of sundae..

Firstly, The menu is written so small that I could only read what was directly in front of me and even then only when I was near the counter.Secondly, I ordered a combo meal that comes with a slushi type of drink. When the food came I was still waiting for the slushi for five minutes, so my friend was left waiting for me upstairs with the food. I was eventually asked to come back because the machine was malfunctioning.Third, all the food was cold. The fries were completely room temperature and burger was a few degrees warmer.Fourth, I went back down to get the slushi drink and again waited several minutes before being told the machine broken and I was offered a Coke float.Fifth. I guess its about half the price of American MacDonald restaurants. Nevertheless we spent about eight bucks. I can think of a couple of places one can eat, spend less, and are actually healthy, fairly authentic Filipino and Korean food served hot and more affordable. I reviewed them too.Bon appetit

Theres a time a couple of months ago (I think but I aint sure) that I ordered a coffee float for take-out. I didnt taste it while Im still on the take-out booth, but when I do, the one that I have is a coke float and the pie that I ordered has a piece of a carton that is stuffed inside! OMG! What happened Mcdo? And in addition to this, there really slow on servicing customers even if theres only a few customers there. Are they really short-staffed or only gossiping at the kitchen? Im curious tho. But I still do order here.

It was my third visit at this branch but nothing has change, food took longer to be serve but I like the staffs attitude, the way they interact with customers.

As usual no seats. People sit before getting served to use the WIFI.
