I like the theme of the hall and decorations, although the hotel is new, what I can say is the staff and the manager are very hospitable and very helpful, including the guard. They very polite to assist us despite of many request we asked. Food is okey and if order it, they serve it go to your room. Very neat and cleanWifi? More improvement very slow and poor connections.This bottleneck is the reason why I will rate 3 stars. But theres a lot of upgrade and improvement to go.

Small hotel. Great staff.Elevator under repair. Our room was a dorm type room with 3 double decks. Very basic items: Towel, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo.You could hear through the very thin walls. Key lock wasnt working. Shower heater works only if your turn on sink tap. What a waste of water

I know this is a budget hotel and all but they couldve at least bothered to clean the room we stayed in a tad better, the sheet had a weird smell to it when we first arrived and we concluded that they didnt even either change the sheets before the last occupancy of this room. and i thought eurotel naga was bad. This just takes the cake, would not recommend, unless youre on a tight budget then you can stay, its barely bearable though . so seriously, try to find better deals.by the way, we stayed in a standard double room for one night, it was only 1700, and even I could say that this isnt worth your money even though youre on a budget.staff was nice and accomodating enough though, So theres that.

The worst experience a traveller could possibly have in a hotel. They dont keep track of their booking and room occupancy properly. You might find yourself exposed and your privacy violated because their attendant suddenly open your door to offer your room to another guest. And this can happen while youre naked. What a terrible experience! And what could be worse, the attendant insist that the room is not occupied! What a lousy hotel and lousy management.

Friendly and approachable staff

Their conference room on the top floor is big, good for workshops meetings. Thoughthe facilities arent in tiptop shape. Bathroom lock not fitting properly, elevator not running.

Nice, clean, decent hotel plus friendly staffs

Facilities are all clean and new. The employees are respectful and accomodating. It is accessible for those who have no car. When you get out of the hotel their are lots of jeepneys and tricycle were ever you wanted to go. Its just near Metro Mall, Robinsons and SM Mall

This one is just new in Naga. It was clean but the matrimonial room was too small. So my husband didnt really like it.

Rooms are cramped. Construction is still going. Cable TV not yet installed. WiFi is only accessible at the lobby.

Rooms are a little bit smaller.
