I liked their dark macadamia cookie... issue in this branch is that its always full like the one in SM Legazpi, Magsaysay Naga and Ayala Mall Legazpi. Even pre-pandemic period. I think thats common across all SB branches. If you wanted some down time while enjoying your coffee and cookie... do it like I would normally do... have it go... enjoy it in your car, at home or in park somewhere. Because gosh... the crowd. Also hope they bring back their purple yam cookie soon!

Coffee is great. Food is great. The Baristas are very nice and welcoming. Only problem about Starbucks here in Naga is that it is very noisy. Coffee shops are meant for reading, intimate conversations with friends, a calm time for yourself. Its kinda bothering when you can hear everyone conversing at very high volume. It is fine for other people but it does bother me. Aside from this complaint, all is well. Coffee is really nice.For starters, try the Caramel Macchiato (hot and iced are good).If you want tea, you will love Hibiscus Tea with Pomegranate Pearls and add raspberry shot (iced).

My favorite spot. This is the only Starbucks in Naga and is a place that I always visit specially when its the holidays to collect my stickers. Customer Service is the best all of the staff calls you first name basis and are so warm and always caring. The place is very cozy and stress free. You will find all forms of coffee here and in fairness its the universal coffee they offer to other Starbucks sites all over the world.

Nice place to chill and chat with friends

We ordered a lot of Frapuccinos here. Java chip, chocolate chip cream, and other more. The place is nice, if its noisy then you have to be noisy too in order to keep the energy flowinWe enjoyed our bonding a lot. Thank you Starbucks! Keep it up!

As usual a typical place to drink Starbuck brand coffee. Serves also cold drinks with flavors of your choice of course. The ambience is quite fine for that day, that too much crowd.

Perfect place for us to have some zip of coffee after some booze. I will always love to order the Macha drinks (Green Tea)! My all time favorite.

The only Starbucks youll see in Naga City. This is located along Magsaysay Street (center of night life in Naga) near Avenue Plaza Hotel, Villa Caceres Hotel and ADC Hotel. I only have good experience when going into this Starbucks. Ive been to many Starbucks in Manila and I can say the service and experience here in Starbucks Naga is more personal and familiar. All the staff/baristas are courteous and welcoming; not intimidating at all when youre confused on what drinks to order. Dont be afraid to ask them new offerings, theyll guide you patiently. Downside is, since this is the only Starbucks around the place, it tends to be crowded during weekend nights. Overall, this is the perfect place to chill.

Its starbucks. So menu and price ranges should be familiar to you.hahaaa! Spacious but can be fully occupied on payday weekends and after work hours till late night. Parking is limited. Located at the food and hang out section of naga but distant to bus terminal if youre a layover passenger. Toilet can be messy on peak hours. No section for soloists.

They offer best service, Starbucks are widely known all over the world and here in the Philippines, they are almost everywhere. I visited couple of branches of this coffee shop and they are known for best coffee mostly for the coffee lover, (I consider myself one) but that can be given fact. The service and how you will be treated thats where the different lies, in this branch I often see them smile though they have not yet know my name but still they are all smile, some of the branch I visited some crew hospitality is so pricey that they are hard to get, but here I can guarantee that you will be treated with courtesy and smile the place also best both for groups and looking for solitude, though that may be irony but they just let you be, you can be lost in your own world.

Naga branch introduced me to Starbucks, so for the nostalgic feeling alone, Im rating it 5-stars. The baristas and guards are really friendly and accomodating. Parking space is quite challenging though, and they do not have drive-thru.

Starbucks is Starbucks.... You get the same ambience as the other branches...However the competition has caught up in terms of the coffee taste.... Starbucks coffee has become expensive... you can get the same coffee experience with its competitors at lower prices...

Loudest Starbucks Ive been to. Better get coffee somewhere cheaper like The Coffee Table or TCB. Get away from Titas or the millenials. Plus they order real slow.

The store is typical of a Starbucks store. The old layout and design with black ceiling and dim and warm lights make it cozy.However, the comfort room often gets untidy.

The servide is quite nice and fast. CS are kind.

Good Starbucks in Naga, friendly staff, clean cafe with plenty of seating although its quite popular has been busy both times visited. Offers all the usual drinks you get at most Starbucks.
