Nkaka amaze nman tlga ang mga tanawin , maganda ang view outside, nkaka turn off lng tlga ung c.r, sira ang faucet sa c.r, even shower not function , need mo pa sabihan na kumuha ng timba para mkaligo, kung ganung cra ang shower dapat automatic may timba at tabo para maka ligo, even slipper wala, tpos ung pool ang dulas , maraming latak, anyway the food is good , may distance sa centro, kya kung wala kang load, di ka makapagload kc wala , wifi doesnt work anymore, isang star lng para sau!!!!

They need to clean the wave pool and add another smaller swimming pool the guest can use. Have a 24 hour room service pls!!!!

Best place for early morning bike rush.

There’s a dead cat by the swimming pool which smells so bad. The pool was so dirty. The pool was only half full. 2 slides were out of order. I went on the only slide available and I got friction burns on my legs and feet from the hot plastic (because the water doesn’t cover the whole slide even though Kuya said it was safe). The ATV track was closed so we could only drive on a boring, flat field. The ATVs were such bad quality and had unsafe wheels. The lobby staff are extremely dumb and don’t know how to look after customers. 70% of activities are unavailable. The beach volleyball court is made of stones and extremely painful to walk on, let alone play volleyball on. The golf course was nice but we kept getting lost because there are no direction signs. Also, they took about 45 minutes to organize golf clubs, golf balls and a golf cart for us, despite there being no other guests on the golf course. The horses are mistreated and fenced with sharp wire. Then, at the end of the day, they kept lying about when our transport was coming so we sat on a bench for over an hour. They should shut this place down.

I completely agree with Lachlan Mackays review, and add the following...DEADLY DANGEROUS,!!! A LIVE electrical outlet in the shower, and it is NOT GFI!!!Unsanitary. If you request anything extra, there is a charge, even it would be normal service in any other Hotel. You are supplied with 2 small bath towels for 2 people, nothing more, no hand towels, etc. They offered extra towels for 50 pesos each. Bed had a fitted sheet and throw sheet, nothing else. If you wanted a comforter and or extra pillows, 50 pesos each.Pitiful breakfast, and if you desire a coffee refill, yes 35 pesos. Your complementary breakfast is limited to 1 egg, fried and cold. Cup of rice, cold, about 2 tablespoons of hash, and 1 cup coffee. If you prefer fresh milk with your coffee, sorry, no milk.Queen bed was not queen, it was 2 twins pushed together....Slippers offered in room were public share from pool....WiFi advertised did not work...Rooms were not sealed very well which allowed for various insects to join you in your room....Air conditioning did actually work. Though it had a thermostat it basically was ON or OFF, hence making for a restless night of waking up freezing then later sweating. (Review comment about extra charge for comforter.) We tried every degree setting, no difference.All said and done, this place would be shut down for numerous safety and health violations if anyone ever investigated this place that wasnt paid off!!!Oh, and lastly, dont attempt to dispute any charges on your credit card, because they only accept CASH!!My 1 star is 1 star because I cant make it aBIG FAT ZERO STARS!!!

Me and my family are planning a Holyweek Vacation at Naga and i thought of bringing them to Haciendas De Naga.Since they will be coming all the way from Manila, i thought of reserving and paying in advance the entrance fees and cottages so that we could be assured of our slots on Good Friday. I went to their office 30 minutes ago and I was able to talk to their Staff Jean. My reservation was rejected by Jean and i was told to come back on Good Friday as their policy is on a first come first served basis..So well all be coming all the way from Manila with no assurance of getting a cottage? Their staff Jean lacks the customer service needed. I asked for the manager on duty but she refused to give me access..Sayang nsa hospitality business pa naman kayo. And im planning to cancel our company wide team building at Haciendas de Naga as well on May... You dont deserve our money. You dont deserve to earn sales...Zero star for you.

9 holes golf course. Playable greens but expect to score bad. Ball would roll, bounce, roll on putting greens.

We felt disappointed when we got to stay here to celebrate my sisterbirthday last sept 26, 2018...we went here to go swimming but the pool was not functioning. The water shallow and dirty. It was said they have a wave pool. W A V E. . nasaan???? No wifi to connect from the outside world...

It was not really good....the amenities and services are not 24 hours. Considering that the place is far beyond the convinience of the city...No complementary water at villas and no available water at night....

Very ideal place for trainings

We went there for the birthday party of my daughter last October 2018, we stayed 2 nights in the Casa Corazon villa.The hacienda itself is a nice scenery and has potential, the restaurant staff was very accommodating (thanks Margie) and the food was quite good especially the sinagang.The villas were comfortable.But the resort good points stop there.The management is really bad:*The prices shown in the website are different from the one they will ask you.*They mention breakfast included in the room, but for a 12pax room they will only serve you 4 breakfasts.*They will not clean the rooms if you stay more than one night and the villas are not cleaned to begin with.*They will try to charge you for lost towels even though those towels are as comfortable as rags and they do not account for it to begin with.The resort is dying:*The pool is really dirty, the water is not renewed and very swallow, you cannot see through.*The slides are dangerous and your kids will get hurt. The stairs going to the slide are full of rust and sharp objects are everywhere.*All the side amenities are rusty and cannot be used, well technically you can but our kids got hurt.*The villas have no privacy, you can hear everything from the adjacent villas and since there are no windows if someone speaks from outside it feels like they are inside your villa.Basically this is a nice environment that is not taken care of and shouldnt be open to public as is.Please renovate your pool and the side amenities and change your management it could be a nice place.

Very good training venue

Coming from my last visit about 2 years ago, I was so disappointed seeing Haciendas de Naga last week. It is not well maintained and attractions were not that good anymore. I havent seen the Ostrich. What happened? For me, it should be restored again because people and tourists are coming to Bicol already....

Facilities need improvement. Poor telcom signal in the area.

The water in the pool was so disgusting. I looks like it wasnt cleaned/treated for months. Theres a lot of moss floating and on the floor of the pool. Youll get itchy when you dive in in the water.
