Malinis ang banyo at kwarto. At ang room service ay mabilis ang serbisyo. Malinis sila talaga maglinis. Ang food ay medyo mahal pero super sulit.

Staff members are helpful to both guests and visitors. Interior design and aesthetics are on the older side of acceptably tacky but service remains exemplary. A bit pricey but generally worth it when in need. Food is nothing to write home about but comes out quickly and served in good portions.

The place was a bit old, i booked for a Family suites and the bed was not as big as i thought. Unlike other hotels which offer a king bed and double bed for family suite room. Staff are a bit off, its like they avoid guests. I had Lunch in Rolandos cafe and bar, and the food taste awesome and affordable. The pool was great, very clean. The kids enjoy it.

Had dinner here with the family, we were being hosted by my parents’ classmate from law school. Ambiance is top notch, food presentation too. However their sushi was a bit underwhelming. The salmon sashimi was partly frozen and the tuna suffered from freeze burn. One could say they’re the closest thing Naga has to vikings luxury buffet.

Wonderful hotel along Magsaysay in Naga City. A/c works really well. Staff are very nice. Nice interior and exterior. Parking is quiet a challenge but made it. For a double occupancy room we paid P3,000/$60 inclusive of buffet breakfast for 2 worth $10/person. The food is surprisingly good. Will definitely be back when visiting the bicol region.

Good food, especially the sinigang. Hotel room is clean. 218 Shower heater is not working very well.

Classic and posh. I was surprised that the rates are affordable! Clean, decent, and accessible to lots of bars. Their pool is quite small and can be crowded on weekends. Tried the laing and bicol express in their restaurant and they’re both good. I’ll stay here when I get back to Naga!

The place is located near Naga airport. Was expecting to arrive at the hotel within 15-20minutes but arrived almost 30minutes later due to traffic. The place was nice. Theres a spa but a little too pricey for me.

This hotel is a classic. Its almost synonymous to Naga. Though its old, its recent expansion and renovations make it still one of the better places to stay when in Naga City. Rooms are always kept clean and theres no problem with room service. Its location is at the quieter side of the city, a brief 10 minute walk to the Penafrancia cathedral. Its in house restaurant and bar is pretty upscale. Airport shuttle service is available.

A prominent business hotel in the city of Naga CamSur.One of the prime choices for Conventions and Events. Staff are very courteous and the front office made sure we enjoyed our stay. Parking is available at the back of the hotel. Wifi is also strong.There is a gym, a pool and a spa.Breakfast is buffet and is included in the room rates. They also serve buffet for lunch and dinner.Call reservations a few days before your trip as they may have special promotions.

The place is interesting. However its not about the place that you will love. It is the service they provide. Very warm and accommodating. The service is parity to resorts level. See you next year guys!

Best hotel in Naga!! Economy rooms is good, very clean and big bed! The staff is awesome but the best part is the hotel itself - amenities, ambience, people, the breakfast buffet, pool and other services.Makes you feel it is a special place for a wonderful price. The breakfast buffet is something else. Ala vikings. They have shows and the location is great in Magsaysay. Walk a bit and other good restaurants is walking distance. Also lot of cafes and street food! Gem of Bicolandia indeed!

The place with its facilities was good. Staff are polite and kind but can be more attentive. The gym instructor is so helpful!

The food is excellent. Authentic cuisine of the region. Ambience is fully coordinated with the Christmas season. We enjoyed our two nights stay there.

The hotel room was great despite having a renovated look. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, the lobbies exude a grandish look and is definitely very spacious. If there was anything to improve, it would probably be the soundproofing. Footsteps and people walking past the hallway could be heard in the rooms. Overall, it was very good. It does live up to its name.

Great hotel with friendly staff.Lots of heavy wind damage around outer hotel in Naga City from Typhoon Tisoy. We were lucky to be safe. Hotel Villa Ceceres did an awesome job protecting and accommodating their guests.

I loved the ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel. The facilities are great (gym, pool, restaurant, spa, etc). The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Clean, cozy, and well-kept rooms.

Best hotel in Naga City

This big hotel with many floors, is a very good venue to celebrate many events like birthdays, parties, anniversaries and celebrations, etc. Our Seniors Ball was held here and it was great! This place is nice and wide, also well ventilated. The food also works well for me, but I didnt taste all of their food hope the others also tastes good.

Very beautiful accomodation.The people are very friendly and there are a lot of nearby good places to visit and eat out with friends.

I only went to spa. Its really good, the best one i tried so far. Specially at night time. Ive been here before for several events and both rooms and function halls are good.

This is a boutique hotel. Over the fifteen years I have been staying there I have seen it grow as a hotel and facilities improve. I think they are getting it just right! But considering the money I spend in the hotel a complimentary up-grade is now over due.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The owner was visible and friendly to the guests which gave it a cozy, friendly family atmosphere.

Staffs are very approachable.Foods are a big wow as in! I dont know the names but its like youll keep coming back for it.Interior design is a big wow for me classical inspired, I love the paintings on the hallways, colors are so vibrant.Its sad that we were just to stay there for a two day seminar coz Im not able to look for everywhere and experience all of the services that Villa Caceres to offer.Villa Caceres Hotel is very worthy of your very momentous experiences. Two thumbs up!

We were @ room 326. The AC vent definitely needs cleaning. The room has no window & no air except from the AC. We noticed that when we’re in the room, we woke up w/ sore throat & nasal congestion.

We, my wife and son, attended a family affair and drove to Naga and stayed at the Villa Caceres Hotel. We requested for an extra bed for my son and was promptly accommodated. Having dinner was not a problem since there are a lot of eating places at the hotel and along Magsaysay Rd. Room sound proofing needs improvement. At night we can hear children’s voices playing and adults talking outside. We also heard knocking like somebody is doing repairs in one of the rooms. Parking area control needs improvement. There should be separate parking for hotel guests and those visiting only. Anybody could go in the parking area and the guards won’t even ask for ID or what their business in the area is. It feel like parking at your own risk. Parking coupons should be issued as you enter and surrender this coupon when you go out. Rooms are generally clean and hotel location is quite accessible.

Absolutely full value for the money. Very nice place with very kind and accommodating staff, fair prices and always clean and comfortable to arrive to. Diffinately a place to come back to next time coming to Naga.

I have been here twice already. The price is at par with other hotels. The location is great and the people are so approachable. The room is clean and the bathroom is neat. Everything is always in order. The air-conditioners works well and the TV has a lot of cable channels. I always have a great sleep whenever I am in this place.

The walls are thin that you could here people talking in the hallway or even their live band at the lobby. The room is clean. The location is so perfect it is just walking distance to our branch office in Naga, restaurants, convenient stores,banks and bars are just within the area. Free transport service from and to the airport. Service was excellent. The low cost extension in the back yard will show where the owner family will go. Very much recommended for families who want to visit Bicol.

Awful experience. Did not have rooms open at check in, room smelled like 50% cigarettes and 50% sewage, and no soundproofing so I could hear everything happening on street. Also water heater was broken when I got to the room.

Great place for business meetings and conferences being centrally located and very accessible. The hotel staff are courteous and accommodating and the rooms are cozy and restful. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a health spa and a gym for a truly relaxing stay.

Reasonable place for its price

Both rooms and public areas are clean and tidy, property is well upkeep. Great location and accessible to transportations and establishments like restaurants, salon, laundry and coffee shops.Breakfast is only until 9:30 am and you’ll miss it when you sleep in, hopefully it’ll be longer Their shuttle service leaves once every morning and it’s at 7 am and it’s half an hour drive to the airport, so if your flight is at noon, you’re stocked at the domestic airport for at least 4 hours.

A child-friendly hotel. Since theres a swimming pool that kids can really enjoy. Rooms are very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Rates have increased considerably even for the old rooms. Walls are a little thin. The locations are perfect. Service was superb and all the staff were pleasing. There was a tiny section in the menu on Bicol cuisine but it offered the most popular local dishes. The Filipino buffet breakfast was excelent.

Looks nice, but service is underwhelming. Bring your own adaptor if you have a three prong plug laptop. Their sockets arent compatible and they charge a fee to lend you one. Room service forgot to clean our room one day, and (seriously) no breakfast for us because we happened to be in a group of 5 (two of them children) in a group room, which never happened to me in other hotels I stayed in the area. So if you are going in a group, I recommend checking other options in the area.

The decor is dated, the staff is responsive and pleasant and always with a smile but tend to be obsequious but seems lacking in common sense like the elevator operator who goes up and down without stopping on each floor to check if anyone needs to ride because the call button is not working and therefore there was no way to contact him, and lamely says that he stops when someone signals him on his walkie talkie , but the customer has no walkie talkie, duh!
