I like going to shakeys, but so far robinsons naga shakeys has the most incompetent, poor costumer service. I went in the door, there are 5-6 attendant standing, nagtitinginan lng. Hindi gumagalaw, pag tiningnan, umiiwas ng tingin. Then i ordered regular size angus beed pizza and solo ceasar salad. Sabi daw 15 mins, tpos umabot ng 30 mins wala pa. Tinatanong to attendant ulilang beses sabi nya nkasalang. Pero after undercooked pa ung pizza.

The place and set-up were fine, I dont know if the pepper sauce was expired because it doesnt taste good and its like its so watery, so I wasnt able to enjoy my pizza with some chillin flavor. But overall, their chicken, pasta, mojo were fine.

Love the food and the people working there. They are very pleasing and kind. Attend all your needs, making sure that you are comfortable and will eat in a very nice place.

We had a great lunch here today! Food was served fast and the crew were great to offer their help and services. The food we love them, from pizzas and chicken combo with mojos. Its ambiance were so nice i love their set up. This branch of Shakeys at Robinson is one of their great branches so far! Keep it up guys!
