Good place to hang out, just beside one of the best local and known restaurant biggs. Que pasa has such a wonderful interior, mexican themed and bicol food. They also have unlimited whine, cold beers. Such a relaxing place. Their crew and security guard greets you in spanish! They are very welcoming. The food are fair and best price. We enjoyed our meal very well and foods are interesting. Never had those food.

Very moving family reunion experience in this place. Very nice customer service and excellent food. I am Spanish, so it is difficult to find Spanish food as good as it is in my country, but I must say that the quality of the meals in the menu is very good. I would suggest to try Gambas al ajillo and Ensalada de berenjena.

I love the mexican theme and painted artworks in this place! It has a colorful and fun ambiance perfect for anyone who loves taking photos or just to hang out and enjoy. Although the food is american (ribs, grilled chicken/ pork with sides), its all good and worth it!

Place is has a great vibe! Personnel are friendly and accommodating. Food is great, but the serving is not agreeable given the price. All in all, 4 stars.

This restaurant is top notch. It is the best restaurant in all of Naga City. It is also the best restaurant in the Philippines. The food is unique and creative, and all the seafood is so fresh. So much food and the cost was very reasonable.People, this is not Mexican food. It is Spanish food. Much different. Superior to Mexican food!

Ambiance is one of a kind. Food is superb. Theres a lot to love about the place. Its great for dates or group dining. The menu is flexible to cater to dining of any size. The paella valencia is must try. For balikbayans, the Bicol food is must have. This is a hidden gem.

Their Paella doesnt taste like Paella. I dont recommend it. I like their spicy chicken wings but its not really special that youd go here just for it. They give small servings, too. Considering that it is a Spanish (with a mix of Filipino/Bicol) cuisine restaurant, food prices are acceptable. The aesthetics of the place is superb. They offer happy hour deals for their wines and local beers but I havent tried them yet. Of all the times I ate here, many customers were foreigners, big families, and middle aged men and women who are casually drinking. Servers are decent. If you are into nice looking place to eat out (and not deeply considering food quality and price), go here. They also have performers you can jam with on certain nights. They also open around 5pm on weekdays now.

Food availability was limited today (maybe because its January 01?). Menu has a nice variety of bottled beer and craft beer but only San Miguel was available (but not Pale!). Food took about 30 mins to be served and we were not informed it would take long. Food was good, nothing exceptional. We ordered kinalas and pasta con pollo. Ambience is nice and the place is comfortable and beautiful. Location is great. A bit overpriced.

Its for well off locals and expats who enjoy a Spanish-Latino touch (except for the music!). But its too vast and empty ,and still lacks a really genuine atmosphere of its own.Good coffee,Mexican beers and Spanish wines are there.

Mexican themed restaurant. I wasnt able to taste the food but saw them and they seemed delicious. Anyway, its a good get away from Naga Citys hustling and busy streets. Dont forget it is just a few steps from downtown

Place is perfect. Ambiance is good. Food is great. Its an open-air area. No air conditioning, but Biggs, a fastfood restaurant right beside it, and owned by the same company, does have ac. You can order food from either restaurant and sit in either restaurant regardless of where you ordered your food. The toilets are nice and clean too.

Food is quite pricey but it is really worth it plus the customer service is good, and i love the ambiance

We enjoyed the place. It was actually my first time visiting a Spanish-inspired resto. The place was good but I think its under renovation when we went there because the entrance was locked and we needed to enter to Biggs Barlin to get inside. But the place is really cool! I would really like to try their menu once its open again to the public.
