Masarap ang food, maganda ang place. Matagal nga lang ang food service.
Pinakbet pizza, longanisa pizza. Try it!
Poqui poqui and dinuguan pizza!!!
I am giving a 1 star rating for this restaurant. We decided to have a family get away during the Holidays and we decided to head up North. From Pagudpud, we were heading to Vigan but decided to pass by Laoag City to have lunch first. It is our first time in Laoag and didnt know where to have lunch that day but since all of us are craving for delicious, authentic Ilocano cuisine, we searched Google and this restaurant immediately popped up on the list among other choices. There were a lot of good reviews online so we all agreed to spend lunch in Saramsam. When we arrived, we immediately told the staff that we need a table for 22 pax. They initially rejected us, but told us that if we are willing to wait, food will be ready in 20-30 minutes. We decided to stay since they assured us that the food will be served in 30mins max.40-45 minutes of waiting has passed and our tables remain empty. To our disappointment, we decided to confront the manager but she insisted that the food will be served to us in an hour minimum. We told her that this was not properly relayed to us, and that should we had known, we would have left since all of us are already starving. It was past 2:30 in the afternoon.Food was good. To be fair, they have the best Bagnet I have ever tried, compared to other Ilocos restos weve had during our tour. Ambience was also ok.Service was super bad though. They should have informed us that the food takes time to serve. This is highly recommended due to its good food and Ilocano cuisine authenticity, but you should make reservations and order in advance. Otherwise, you will be disappointed for the long wait.
This was my third time and happy to note that the food is better compared to my first 2 visits. Old home turned into a resto. Antique feels but has that local flavor in the design.
Good stuff for a great price! Everything is just $3 or so. We only ordered the longganisa meal which was more than sufficient. I cant say it stands out from the crowd but a Vigan Longganisa is a Vigan Longganisa so you cant say anything against it. Its got cozy interiors and as a group of 6 they did put us in a private room which was more intimate and had traditional decoration and a pond which was nice.
Compared to La Preciosa, this place has better ambiance: it is more cozy, more romantic and has a traditional feel with antique-like ornamentation. Staff were friendly and service was top-notch. For a little over 500 pesos, you can buy yourself a hearty meal that has that distict wow factor for visiting tourists. Weve tried the Salamagui juice, Longganisa Pizza and Kalti and I would say all three deserve 5 stars! A true must-try when in Laoag.
Comida óptima super bem confeccionada, comi pizza boa mas as costeletas de leitão á filipina é de chorar por mais!!!
The place is good..Food is reasonable..Will be back to try other viand..
Its must if youre visting and staying in Norte before heading out to Pagudpud. Fiid is simply great. Parking will be a challenge though.

Good food. I highly recommend the crispy dinuguan and pakbet :)
Gorgeous new location, excellent decor and wonderful food. I visit nearly every month. The service is variable, but the prices are extremely reasonable. We take anyone who visits us there and it is invariably enjoyable.
Very delicious food, all dishes we order we like it
The Ilocano foods are great! Imo, it’s the best restaurant for me in Ilocos Norte! Try it out!
A great place to indulge ilocano dishes with great ambiance. Try their Tamarind Juice.
Nice view inside + friendly staff.
Nice place for Ilocano fusion food
The ambiance is very good and the foods they serve are all Ilocano dishes
Delicious food, we be back again. Sulit!
Staff are accommodating and friendly. Nice ambience but the food was not that great. We had bagnet and pinakbet, were not satisfied and not worth the price. Disappointed with their Ilocano specialty. Try La Preciosa, for me the food there tastes better.
Love the longganisa. Cozy ambiance too.
Nice ambiance and good food

Expensive. You can go elsewhere, cheaper, and just as authentically ilocano
Delicious food. Okay hotel.
The ambiance was perfect plus the food ilocanos best...
You must try the Saramsam pasta and the pinakbet pizza which are both the owners original creations. Anyone that tells you otherwise is lying. The restaurant is accompanied by Balay da Blas which is a great place to sleep after you get a food coma.
