You cant deny that C&E has the best pizza in Laoag City. Their Carbonara Pizza is the most classic, timeless piece they have. My experience is very good specially tasting their fried chicken. Its tasty and yummy and makes you order a takeout.

I super love their pizza carbonara. It is the only place where you could buy that particular pizza flavor so they can boast about it all they want. There was only one time when they forgot to include one of my take out orders but through a single call, they delivered it to our home asap. The staff are so nice.

If this is the best pizza and pasta in Laoag then these people have never had good Italian pizza.It works in a pinch but the sauces are too sweet and the crust too thick.The smiling, helpful staff garner 3 stars, but the pizza and pasta sauce needs a little tune up.

People love their Chicken Carbonara Pizza but my favorite is the C&E Special and lasagna! Extremely satisfying and heart melting
